Paul Listerman is a Managing Director - Investment Officer and Senior PIM Portfolio Manager.* Paul has over 30 years of experience helping his clients develop strategies for pursuing their investment goals. He takes pride in guiding clients through making informed decisions about their financial situations, whether they are selecting individual investments, developing a retirement plan, or in need of other creative solutions.

Paul understands the importance of putting his clients first, and he values building relationships with each person or family that works with their team. He appreciates that his clients put their trust in him to guide them in the right direction on their financial journey.

For over 30 years, Paul and his wife, Liz, have lived in the Northern Kentucky area. Their three children all attended local schools – Molly is now an OB/GYN physician, living in Louisville with her husband, Andrew and their son, Cooper (cutest grandchild in the world); Abby lives with her husband, Mitch, and works in marketing for a local hospital system; and Adam Listerman, Financial Advisor, is a graduate in Neurobiology from the University of Louisville, and has joined his Dad as part of our team.  

As an avid cyclist, you can find Paul riding his bicycle around the Northern Kentucky country roads in his free time. If not on the road, you will find Paul on the golf course.

Max Mischkulnig is passionate about helping each of his clients plan for their financial future in the way that best meets their goals, while providing them clarity and confidence in their decisions. Together with the team, Max is dedicated to helping his clients develop strategies for meeting their goals and answering the two most common financial questions: “Am I okay?” and “Do I have any financial blind spots?”

Max enjoys helping clients make informed decisions about their current financial situations and what they envision for their future. He helps them select individual investments, develop their retirement plans, analyze their assets to liabilities, determine proper insurance levels, and more.

Before entering the industry, Max graduated from Maryville University with a bachelor’s degree in financial services and a master’s degree in business administration. During his tenure at Maryville, he was a four-year collegiate athlete in their Division II basketball program. His education, as well as his experience as a college athlete, provided him the discipline, leadership skills, and work ethic needed for his career as a Financial Advisor.

Away from the office, you can find Max on the golf course or spending time with his friends and family in the local Cincinnati area, enjoying all it has to offer. Max and his wife welcomed their first child into the world in September 2024. He also loves sipping a glass of bourbon from his vast collection while smoking a cigar.

Background and Experience
For over three decades Peter has helped clients address their financial concerns and develop strategies by focusing on each individual's needs. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, Peter has dedicated his career to delivering the personalized investment planning services his clients deserve.

Peter began his career as a Financial Advisor with Fidelity Investments in Cincinnati. He joined Smith Barney, where he worked for 19 years and then continued his career at UBS for 9 years. He joined Wells Fargo Advisors, in April 2018 and provides personalized financial advice for individuals, families, and small institutions. Peter is well versed in helping Corporate Executives and Investors with large highly concentrated stock positions.

Away from the Office
Peter spends his free time with his wife Cheryl, and his sons Peter John and Michael. They like to stay active. He enjoys golf, snowboarding, and vintage automobiles.

Adam Listerman helps individuals, families, and business owners create clear, personalized plans for their financial future. Now, Adam is proud to join his father, Paul Listerman, and everyone at Aegis Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, combining a fresh perspective with a legacy of trusted service.

Before transitioning to financial service, Adam earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville in Neurobiology. He began his career in the sciences, publishing research in spinal cord regeneration and earning acceptance into several medical schools. His shift from medicine to wealth planning was driven by a desire to apply his analytical mindset and problem-solving skills in a way that directly helps people.

Grounded in data but centered in people, Adam makes complex decisions clear and actionable, whether that’s developing investment strategies, preparing for retirement, or preserving wealth for generations to come.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys golf, weightlifting, exploring Kentucky’s bourbon heritage, and spending time with his family. In all areas of his life, he brings curiosity, precision, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

As the team’s Assistant Vice President - Senior Registered Client Associate, Beth focuses on delivering concierge service to fulfill clients’ needs. She is multi-skilled and cross-trained in all areas of her work, and her responsibilities include ensuring that every client receives the highest level of service, coordinating all on-site functions, processing any operational items, and reaching out to clients with updates.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Beth’s strengths lie in developing strong relationships with clients and finding innovative solutions to meet their needs. Her knowledge extends to areas such as managing account products, retirement plan options, and annuity operations. Beth holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, and 65 Registrations, and also holds Variable Life and Health Insurance Licenses.

Beth studied History and Political Science at Northern Kentucky University, but more importantly to her, she is a proud Holy Cross High School graduate and enjoys giving back to Holy Cross as an alumnus. Beth resides in Independence, KY with her husband Randy, daughter Daphne, and the most spoiled Yorkie ever, Wally. Beth is also an active member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Independence, KY.
