Our Team can make an introduction to Aaron, a Bank partner who focuses on estate document review and help with advanced estate planning and consulting.  

Aaron White is a senior wealth strategist with Wells Fargo Bank's Wealth & Investment Management division. He is located in Westlake Village, California. Aaron works closely with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and their advisors to align their goals, values, and objectives with their financial and wealth decisions.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Aaron was an attorney in the trusts and estates group at Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP, where his practice centered around sophisticated drafting and administration of tax-efficient estate plans. Before that, Aaron was the associate director of the Center for Estate and Gift Planning at Pepperdine University, where he focused on charitable tax planning, nonprofit law, and real estate transactions.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Hillsdale College, his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University (not currently practicing), and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. He is an adjunct professor of estate and gift taxation at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. He is a board member of Beacon Hill Classical Academy, a Christian classical school in Camarillo, and of Campus By the Sea, Inc., a campground and retreat facility on Catalina Island.

In his free time, Aaron loves cooking with his wife, reading to their kids, and playing piano and guitar. The six of them live with Aaron’s dad and thirty chickens, six ducks, two goats, two dogs, a rabbit, and a rotating collection of reptiles on a small avocado farm in Somis, California.

Cynthia Sherman is a custom credit banker and vice president with Wells Fargo Bank within the Wealth & Investment Management division located in Pasadena, California, with more than 30 years of experience in financial services. Cynthia works as part of a team to help high-net-worth individuals achieve their wealth planning goals. As a custom credit banker, she specializes in providing deep custom credit knowledge and experience to deliver tailored lending solutions that support clients’ complex borrowing needs.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Cynthia worked at Standard & Poor’s for 5 years, where she was a consultant in corporate valuation services. She has previously worked as a private banker at Northern Trust and Union Bank in the Los Angeles area.

Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She resides in the Pasadena area of Southern California
with her husband and daughter.

As many of our clients are business owners, we can make introductions to our Commerical Bank.  Our Commercial Banking partner Lisa can assist our clients with day-to-day commercial bank deposit products, financing for working capital and acquisitions, equipment purchases, asset-based lending, financing for private equity firms or family offices and acquisition of owner user or investment real estate.

Lisa Murgia joined the Middle Market Banking team in December of 2013 and currently serves as Executive Director and Regional Sales Manager. Lisa is responsible for business development and managing the sales process for Wells Fargo’s West Los Angeles and Greater LA Valley offices. Prior to joining the Bank, she honed her sales and lending skills for 3 years as a Senior Account Executive with Jules and Associates Inc., a Top 20 ranked independent Equipment Finance and Leasing firm based in Downtown Los Angeles.

Lisa graduated Summa Cum Laude from USC’s Marshall School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Management. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the ACG 101 Women in Corporate Growth Board, a position she has held since 2018, through which she works to connect female executives throughout the region. A Southern California native, Lisa resides in West Los Angeles and in her spare time can be found playing drums in various local rock bands.
