Background and Experience

I bring more than 35 years of business experience to my advisory practice. Before becoming a Financial Advisor, I served as Director of Cash Management for Universal Leaf Tobacco Company and later held senior executive roles at Infineon Technologies and Qimonda North America.

During my tenure at Infineon and Qimonda, I founded the investment committee when the company was spun off from Siemens and oversaw key corporate benefit programs, including the pension plan, 401(k) plan, deferred compensation plan, and pension enhancement compensation plan. I also led the credit and collections department and managed all cash flow and banking operations. Managing these programs gave me a firsthand understanding of how effective investment and retirement planning can positively influence both organizations and individuals. This perspective continues to guide the way I support clients today.

My educational background includes an MBA from the University of Richmond, a BBA in Finance from James Madison University, and completion of the Global Manager Development Program at Babson College. Now, as a dedicated Financial Advisor, my goal is to serve as the first point of contact for my clients, delivering comprehensive investment planning paired with exceptional service.

Community Involvement

I remain active in the Richmond community. I currently serve on the Board of the Power Over Parkinson’s Foundation and am a past President and current Board Member of The Thrifty Sisters Foundation. I am also a charter member and past President of the Innsbrook Rotary Club.

Beyond these leadership roles, I served eight years on the Finance Executive Advisory Board at James Madison University (Chairman in 2025) and spent 15 years on the Finance Committee and the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Richmond. I have also held positions as President of the University of Richmond MBA Alumni Association and the Richmond Treasurer’s Group.

With 29 years of experience in financial services, I am dedicated to helping individuals meet their financial needs by developing investment plans around their long-term goals and risk tolerance. My extensive experience - throughout major shifts in the markets - enables me to help my clients structure balanced portfolios to address their specific financial goals.

In addition to applicable securities registrations, I hold a bachelor’s degree in business management from North Carolina State University. I am an active member of the NC State Alumni Association, the NC State Wolfpack Club, as well as Omicron Delta Epsilon, an economics honor fraternity.

Through a long-term investment approach, I help clients develop and implement strategies for building wealth and realizing their goals. My mission is to provide objective and timely financial advice and guidance - with the highest level of professional service - in building and preserving wealth for my clients.

I have been with Wells Fargo Advisors for 26 years. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. I have also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, practitioner designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (CFP Board). For this designation, I had to complete approved educational programs, pass rigorous examinations and meet stringent experience requirements.

Active in the local community, I participate in civic and community organizations, including Nathaniel Cawsey Garden Club and Merchants Hope Church Foundation. I am a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Hopewell, Virginia where I serve on the Altar Guild, Vestry and Finance Committee. My husband Michael and I live in Chesterfield.

I began my career in the financial services industry in 2003 at Merrill Lynch, where I advanced over seven years from a part-time office intern to a Registered Client Associate in the Norfolk and Virginia Beach, VA, offices.

After relocating to Richmond in late 2010, I continued my career at Davenport & Company. In February 2013, I joined Wells Fargo Advisors in the downtown Richmond office, where I have had the privilege of serving as a Senior Registered Client Associate and working alongside Senior Financial Advisor Mike Grappone for more than twelve years as his trusted “right hand.”

I reside in Hanover County with my husband, Erik, and our two sons, Henry and Jack. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and sharing meaningful time with friends and family.

I have been part of Wells Fargo Advisors for the past four years, during which I have dedicated myself to fostering strong relationships with our clients. Providing exceptional client service is a core priority for me, and I take great pride in understanding each client’s unique needs and supporting them with professionalism and care.

Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors, I spent 20 years in the dental field as an office manager. This experience helped me build a solid foundation in organizational management, effective communication, and client service—skills that I continue to apply and enhance in my work today.

I reside in King William and have been married to my husband, Stephen, for 29 years. Together, we have three children—Tommy, Stephen, and Sarah—and a granddaughter, Isabella Rose, who brings tremendous joy to our family. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, as they are my greatest source of fulfillment.

I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Business Analytics. During my time at JMU, I was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society, and was an active member of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, a community service fraternity.

My introduction to Wells Fargo Advisors began during my sophomore year, when I was awarded a finance scholarship that provided the opportunity to meet Mike Grappone. I later joined the team as a Senior Client Associate in June 2025. Since that time, I have obtained my Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations and continue to expand my skills to better support our clients and advisory team.

I reside in Richmond with my two cats, Isabel and Marbles. Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, traveling, crafting, and spending quality time with friends and family.
