MEET OUR GROUP

With close to two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Amy is passionate about making a difference in the financial lives of her clients.  She develops deep and meaningful long-term relationships and dedicates a substantial amount of time and energy in developing and updating comprehensive investment plans.  In 2016, she obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.  Known for her focus and attention to detail, clients depend and rely on her to organize their financial lives.

In 2019, Amy moved to Wells Fargo Advisors as a Managing Director – Investments after working at JPMorgan since 2004.  She formed The Arthur Woodby Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors with Josh Woodby, Managing Director – Investments in 2021. 

In September 2022, Amy attained her Sports & Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ (SE-AWMA™) designation from The College of Financial Planning.  This program is a first-of-its kind professional designation that is designed to provide advisors with the training and knowledge to help high-net worth clients grow, preserve and transfer their wealth.  In 2021, she became a Registered Player Financial Advisor with the NFL Players Association and was selected to serve on the Strategic Planning Committee. * She was also featured as a panelist at the Wells Fargo National Women’s Summit in 2022.

Prior to her career in finance, she was a professional dancer in New York City and Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In addition, she was a professor at The Ohio State University, Kenyan College and Otterbein University.  Having been a professional athlete herself, Amy knows first-hand the discipline and dedication required and the challenges that these individuals face… but she’s also seen how smart choices and sound investment planning can help athletes well beyond their playing years.  

Amy and her husband, Ron, reside in Westerville, OH, and Sanibel, FL, with their three children, Olivia, Silvia, and Evan. They have a passion for animals and adopted two rescue dogs and two rescue cats. As a family, they believe in giving back to their community and their volunteer projects have included supporting The Cape Coral Animal Shelter, Cozy Cat Cottage, GLUT One Foundation, Make-A Wish Foundation and The Women’s Fund.

While she might not be dancing in front of large crowds anymore, Amy is still very active as an avid cyclist and yoga practitioner. She also enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking and walking her dogs, and she’s a voracious reader.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Josh is dedicated to helping his clients meet their financial needs. His passion is helping investors build and manage wealth while guiding them in the pursuit of their financial goals. No matter the objective, he can use his depth of knowledge and experience to help.

 

After spending 14 years at JPMorgan Chase as a Private Client Advisor, Josh moved his business to Wells Fargo Advisors PCG in 2017.  Since joining Wells he has been recognized as a Premier Advisor, a distinction held by a select group of Financial Advisors within WFA as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on either of the past two years, and professionalism. Additional criteria, including length of service, may also be used to determine recipients.

 

In 2019, Josh earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, which identifies those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board and have successfully completed coursework on financial topics in the following areas: general principles of financial strategies, insurance planning and risk management, employee benefits planning, and retirement and estate planning strategies. In 2021, he achieved his RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional) designation with The American College of Financial Services. The achievement of this designation is designed to illustrate the ability to understand, choose, and execute a sustainable retirement income strategy.

An Ohio native, Josh and his wife, Jana, reside in Powell. They have three children, Silas, Samson, and Scarlett. Spending time with their young family is the top priority for Josh and Jana. Their children are actively involved in many sports and love spending time at the zoo. As a family, they believe in giving back to their community, and Josh was recently a candidate in Real Men Wear Pink, helping to fight breast cancer. The Woodby family also supports Pelatonia and the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.

In his additional free time, Josh is enthusiastic about watching, coaching, and playing sports, working out, and spending time with his family.

Tenia is responsible for resolving client inquiries, account administration, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Tenia’s career in the financial industry began with Morgan Stanley in 2013, working in their Global Stock Plan Department. While in this role, she assisted stock plan participants with their equity compensation plans, including employer offered stock options, as well as restricted stock awards.

She was also responsible for the training/development of the Client Service Center Department, training on the day-to-day branch/customer services. She worked closely with the Legal and Risk Management Departments, as well as the associated branches.

She is now a member of The Arthur Woodby Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.  As a Client Associate for Amy Arthur, CFP®, SE-AWMA™, and Joshua Woodby, CFP®, RICP®, SE-AWMA™, Tenia’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing administrative support, assisting customers with resolving inquiries, and generating customized reports. 

Tenia lives in Worthington, OH, with her daughter, Ariana. In her free time, she likes to attend school functions with her daughter, and often serves as a volunteer for the school. She loves outdoor activities, such as bike riding, sledding, and swimming. She is an avid sports fan, and enjoys cheering for The Ohio State Buckeyes, as well as The Cleveland Browns.

Adrienne joined Wells Fargo Advisors in September of 2023.

Adrienne has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, starting with the Ohio Company in 1995. She spent over ten years with Wells Fargo Advisors before joining Morgan Stanley in 2010. Adrienne is Series 7 registered, has a strong industry knowledge, and delivers exemplary customer service with high energy and professionalism.

She is now a member of The Arthur Woodby Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. As a Client Associate for Amy Arthur, CFP®, SEAWMA™, Senior Financial Advisor, Managing Director-Investments, Fundamental Choice Portfolio Manager, and Joshua Woodby, CFP®, RICP®, SE-AWMA™, Managing Director-Investments, Private Wealth Manger, PIM Investment Manager.

As a dedicated Client Associate, Adrienne excels in a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure seamless client interactions and operational efficiency. Her responsibilities include client engagement, proficiently managing account opening/closing processes, processing paperwork, and maintaining meticulous records. Executing various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence contributes to her ability to nurture strong client relationships.

Adrienne lives in London, OH with her husband Rick, daughter Brynn, and son Bryce. Adrienne’s stepson, Lucas will begin his career as a nurse at Children’s Hospital in Columbus in the fall of 2024. Adrienne loves meeting new people on both a professional and personal level. In her spare time, she enjoys being on the lake and traveling. Adrienne also enjoys organizing, decorating, and spending time with family and friends.
