As a private wealth financial advisor, I lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to high net worth individuals and families. In my advisory role, I have become adept at navigating complex financial landscapes to provide tailored solutions in the areas of asset management, risk mitigation, wealth transfer and tax optimization.

After nearly 40 years advising clients, I have gained unique insights into the habits of successful investors. I am committed to continuous learning, particularly in the areas of taxation and changing business cycles. Throughout my career, I have developed an understanding of the challenges and opportunities of managing day-to-day and future planning within the context of spouses, children, parents, partners, colleagues and friends.  

I approach my work with a strong desire to empower our clients and work collaboratively with their network of professional advisors. By sharing information, education, ideas and modeling tools, and by providing strong guidance, together we can effectively support the individuals and families we serve. My ultimate goal is allowing our clients to continue their financial journey with more confidence and a greater sense of peace.

I live and work in Scottsdale. As a proud wife, mother and grandmother, I value the importance of family. My husband, Craig, and I are passionate about spending time with our family and our friends. We are active in our community and enjoy almost all outdoor activities and adventures.

As a Private Wealth Financial Advisor, I work with a team of talented professionals dedicated to coaching our clients to achieve their life and financial goals. We do this thru extensive investment planning and a disciplined asset allocation approach.

As a youth athlete, I learned early on how to adapt to challenges and look for solutions — skills I’ve used every day since. Throughout my career, first as a college football coach, and for over 20 years as a Private Wealth Financial Advisor, those lessons have been essential to how I work. I take pride in being my clients’ financial coach, striving to help them get where they can’t on their own. I’m focused on helping clients accomplish their life and financial goals by creating extensive solutions-based investment plans and using a disciplined asset allocation approach. At the same time, I’m committed to empowering my clients to help make difficult situations achievable and guiding them through the challenges of market shifts, as I have many times in the last two decades.

My ultimate goal is to help clients retain and safely grow their wealth. I specialize in capital markets and asset allocation, and work with a team of talented professionals to align efforts and resources to help clients achieve their goals. Straightforward and honest to a fault, I’m known as an advisor who always strives to deliver the white-glove service clients deserve.

A native of Chandler, I came home in 2001 and have lived here ever since. My wife and I have four children and nine grandchildren, and we are fortunate to spend time with our local family at the family dinners we host every Sunday. I am a former high school and college linebacker, and my wife was an Olympic lifter, so health and fitness are still important in our lives. We also stay active supporting the community through our church, cheering on the Cardinals and enjoying being doting grandparents.

When I got my start in the insurance side of financial services 22 years ago, I knew something was missing. I loved the financial sector — but it lacked real connection with people. I switched to wealth management and never looked back. Today I genuinely value the meaningful personal relationships I have with our clients. I believe our strong relationships are the foundation of successful collaboration, designed to give our clients confidence in their financial well-being and the knowledge they have a trusted resource in their corner looking out for them when life’s curveballs come their way.

My hybrid role with the team plays into my strengths as a multi-tasker who thrives on being the “wing man” to help others succeed. For clients I focus on bringing clarity to their financial road maps and I am responsible for the cash flow analyses and projections critical to helping them build, manage, protect and transfer their wealth. For our team I help manage the practice, from marketing to operations. I love that every day is different, every challenge is unique and I am helping people with everything I do.

A native of Simi Valley, California, I moved to Arizona in 2003 where I had a family base to start life after college. Today, my husband, Frank, and I live in Scottsdale, with our son and three beloved family pets. Outside the office I stay busy with my son’s school and Little League activities and enjoy volunteering in his classroom. As a family, we love spending time together at the pool, going to the beach back in my home state, and traveling to new places. In my spare time I enjoy getting together with friends, playing cards and planning our next family adventure.

Integrity, objectivity and transparency have been the foundation of my professional life since I got my start in financial services more than 30 years ago. I take pride in being reliable and responsive, direct and forthcoming, and thorough and intentional in everything I do. Over the past three decades in the financial industry, the one thing that hasn’t changed is the fact that it’s always changing — and I still find that as exciting today as I did on Day One. For me, the best part of my job is the relationships I have the opportunity to build. With clients, I approach every interaction with a personal touch, seeking to understand not only their finances, family and goals, but what’s going on in their lives and the best ways to interact with them. As part of this team since 2001, I believe we have become like family, and I value our easy dynamic and the level of trust we share as we work together to accomplish whatever needs to be done.

Born in India and grew up in Bhutan in the Eastern Himalayas, I came to the U.S. to go to college in 1988 and have called it home ever since. I have lived in Tempe for nearly 30 years. An avid outdoorsman with a healthy spirit of adventure, I love all the hiking and biking Arizona has to offer. Some of my favorite places to go are Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. A fitness enthusiast, I stay physically fit by going to the gym and working out. I also enjoy staying mentally fit by keeping up with ever-changing financial news and current events.
