Ken is recognized and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) designations from the College for Financial Planning.  He has also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.  He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from George Mason University and his bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  His financial industry credentials include the Series 7, Series 31, and Series 66 registrations.  He is also licensed to offer life and long-term care insurance in several states.

 

Ken and his wife, Ann, and their three daughters live in Lothian, Maryland.  The family enjoys their annual tradition of summer vacations at Bethany Beach, DE and Deep Creek Lake, MD.  When he’s not helping clients, Ken enjoys ice hockey, golf, and snow skiing, as well as boating on Deep Creek Lake. He often combines his interest in sports and philanthropy by walking and biking to raise funds for charitable causes such as the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

I began my career in the financial industry as a Risk Management Data Analyst at Shore United Bank, where I honed my analytical skills through portfolio reporting and risk assessment. Today, I work with individuals and families at Wells Fargo's Riva office in Annapolis, Maryland, helping them plan for retirement, manage their 401(k) accounts, and develop comprehensive financial strategies tailored to their unique circumstances. My approach emphasizes building long-term relationships with clients while providing access to a wide range of wealth management, insurance, and banking services available through Wells Fargo.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wingate University, where I also demonstrated leadership and teamwork as a four-year collegiate lacrosse player.

When I'm not serving clients, I enjoy staying active through ice hockey, golf, surfing, sailing, and playing lacrosse, and spending quality time with my friends and family.

With over 15 years of experience, Mary Ganley, Financial Consultant, provides investment research, spreadsheet analysis, trade execution and account maintenance for the team as a Financial Consultant.  Before entering the financial services industry, she graduated from Towson University with a degree in finance, where she played Division 1 lacrosse and was a part of two conference championship teams.  She then received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Towson University/University of Baltimore program.  She began working at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney with Ken in 2010 and transitioned with the team to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2012.  Away from the office, she enjoys sports, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.  Mary, her husband, Ben, and daughters reside in Edgewater, Maryland.

As a Registered Client Associate, Mimi is dedicated to providing solutions to our client’s daily financial needs. She supports our clients in opening new accounts, processing account transfers, maintaining retirement, trust, and investment accounts, managing compliance paperwork, handling deceased client’s accounts, preparing marketing campaigns, and much more. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Mimi was Vice President of Operations and Marketing for 15 years with another local Maryland corporation. Her focus has always been simplifying and streamlining business operations to help businesses achieve their highest revenue potential. Mimi has over 25 years’ experience in various industries such as government contracting, international business, property management and commercial/residential real estate. She is a graduate of Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Marketing.
 
When Mimi is not helping clients, she enjoys exercising and experiencing new adventures with her family. Her family loves spending time year-round at the Maryland/Delaware beaches. Mimi, her husband, George, son, and daughter live in Howard County, Maryland.

As a Registered Client Associate Hanah is passionate about learning more about her clients to assess their needs and ensure that they have what they are looking for. Hanah is focused on providing clients on-going support to maintain strong relationships that benefit both the client and the team. Hanah recently graduated from the University of Maryland in May of 2025 majoring in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Business. Outside of the office, Hanah enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and traveling to new places.
