Robert Reich, CEPA®
Managing Director - Investments
Private Wealth Financial Advisor
Rob built Bespoke Private Wealth Group of Wells Fargo Advisors over 32 years around a single conviction: wealth is created by people who first create value. His clients reflect that — the contractor who built a construction empire, the HVAC entrepreneur who turned a service truck into a $40 million enterprise, the C-suite executive, the senior law firm partner, the founder now asking what comes next. They build before they accumulate. Rob has spent his career earning the trust of people who do not trust easily through exit planning expertise (CEPA®), a philosophy he calls “100 Families for 100 Years,” and a belief that wealth is not an end. It is the beginning of a more important question.
Rob has been recognized on Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list since 2018-2020, 2022-2025 and Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors list since 2015-2016, 2018-2023. His market insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, and he is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences and events.
The recognition Rob is most proud of belongs not to him, but to the team. Forbes recently ranked Bespoke Private Wealth as the #6 2026 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams. He will tell you that distinction matters more than any individual award he has ever received. Individual recognition reflects a career. A team ranking reflects an institution being built. And building a firm designed to last — one that will serve families long after any single advisor is gone — is the mission that drives him most.
Outside the office, Rob is an endurance cyclist who trains with a renowned coach and trusted mentor, a pursuit that demands exactly what he asks of clients: show up, do the hard thing, commit to the long view. He is also an avid reader and writer, drawn to ideas and perspectives that challenge his thinking and fuel his curiosity. He and his wife Caroline live in Alexandria, Virginia, and support service dog initiatives, cancer research, and local nonprofits. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Economics from Olivet Nazarene University and the CEPA® designation from the Exit Planning Institute.

Sean Fitzpatrick
Senior Vice President - Investment Officer
Senior Financial Advisor
He came to Bespoke Private Wealth Group as an intern under Rob Reich. Almost immediately, Rob saw something rare in Sean: a mind that moved fast, a work ethic that didn’t need managing, and a “leave it to me, I’ll get it done” attitude that is almost impossible to teach. Rob offered him a job two days after graduation, and they have been together now for more than two decades.
Sean’s career began with the tech bubble collapse, then September 11th, then the Global Financial Crisis. Sean did not need a textbook to explain systemic fragility. He had lived it, in real time, with real families counting on him. No one needs to remind Sean to be risk-aware. The concept has been ingrained in him since the first day of his career. It is not a strategy he applies. It is a reflex.
Today, Sean is the engineer behind what clients experience as seamless: the modeling, risk architecture, and operational discipline that makes Rob’s vision reliable and durable across 100 families and $2 billion in assets under management (as of 3/1/26). Outside the office, he trains in jiu-jitsu - a discipline that, like wealth management, rewards patience, preparation, and the ability to stay calm when the pressure is on.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Salisbury University. He lives in Howard County, Maryland with Erin, Riley, Colin, and their bulldog, Otis.
