William Armstrong Jr., PIM

Bill Armstrong has more than 26 years of experience in helping investors and has a keen insight into building effective professional relationships and working with clients to determine a course of action that suits their individual needs. Bill holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations and is a certified PIM Portfolio Manager. Bill graduated from Handley High School and then attended the University of Mary Washington. Bill joined Wells Fargo Advisors after working as a Customer Service Manager in his family's business for several years.

 

Bill is a lifelong resident of the Winchester community and has been very active in service to the community. He has served on the boards of the Judges Athletic Association, local Salvation Army and Blue Ridge Youth Soccer Association. He is a past president of the board of the Adult Care Center and the Old Town Kiwanis Club. Bill currently serves on the Handley Board of Trustees, the advisory board of Winchester Education Foundation and Winchester Parking Authority.
