As a Financial Advisor to a select group of families, Bill is able to focus on each client's specific needs, by developing strategies that are designed to help them pursue and attain their financial goals. His objective is to help clients reach these goals without taking unnecessary risk and without sacrificing their lifestyle. It is his practice to collaborate with client's advisors, including estate planning attorneys, CPA's, and insurance specialists. As a Financial Advisor, he has earned the distinction of Premier Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2014 and 2018. The Premier Advisor distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network as measured by completion of risk and compliance training, business production based on the past year and professionalism.  Net asset flow (NAF) may also be used to determine recipients.

He holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut and is a proud Veteran of the United States Navy, Submarine Service. His tours of duty onboard two Fast Attack Subs included critical information gathering missions during the Cold War and various Special Warfare engagements during Operation Desert Storm.

His commitment to service also carries over to his involvement with his local community. He is active with SCORE Small Business Counseling, The Entrepreneurship Boot-camp for Veterans with Disabilities, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Subvets.

During his 30 years in the financial services industry, Scott Cohen has helped individuals and businesses develop financial and investment strategies that line up with their needs, goals, and risk tolerance.

Scott's career started at Dean Witter (now Morgan Stanley) in 1992 where he worked as Vice President before moving his financial practice to Prudential Securities, a Wells Fargo Advisors predecessor firm, in 1998. After serving as an Assistant Manager for several years, Scott obtained the highest title - Managing Director - available for a Financial Advisor at the firm.

He holds two bachelor's degrees, one in Finance and one in Economics from the University of Florida in Gainesville and earned the designation of Certified Investment Manager Analyst at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Scott also is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the Investment Management Consultants Association, the International Association for Financial Planning, and the Institute  of  Certified  Financial  Planners.

Outside of work, Scott is active in his community of Cocoa Beach where he has lived for 40 years. He is a past president of the Cocoa Beach Sea Side Lions Club and an annual sponsor for both Transplant Foundation, Inc. and Brevard Police Athletic League. He also serves as an Adopt a Highway volunteer and supports Cocoa Beach Police Department's Annual Shop With A Cop.

With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, Ray has dedicated his career to delivering the personalized investment planning services his clients deserve.

After years of sales and management experience, Ray began his career as a Financial Advisor with A. G. Edwards a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, in Melbourne where he developed his fundamental investment knowledge. With a strong background in retirement and estate planning strategies, Ray can assist you with building a complete investment plan by providing personal attention, trusted advice and exceptional service.

Ray attended Brockport State University where he met his wife Donna. After graduating with a degree in business and economics, Ray and Donna settled in Cocoa Beach and over 40 years later still love all the area has to offer. Ray and Donna, a teacher, have two adult sons, Brett and Evan.

Away from the office, Ray spends his free time staying active. Ray especially enjoys nightly long walks with his dog, attending sporting events and traveling with friends and family.

After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, he graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Zoology. He was a pharmaceutical representative with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals for a number of years, before starting his career as a Financial Advisor with Paine Webber in 1987. In 1993, he joined the now Wells Fargo Advisors predecessor firm of A.G. Edwards and Sons. Inc.

His mission is to help each of his clients plan for a financial future in a way that best meets his or her goals. And his commitment doesn't end there. He has been an active member of the local community for over 40 years. He was a Charter Member of the Kiwanis Club of Indian River/Viera and has served as a Board Member of the Easter Seals of East Central Florida and the Brevard Symphony Orchestra. Away from the office, he also enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Linda, live in Rockledge, his daughters Michelle and Jennifer, their husbands and three children, live in the Orlando.

Background and experience

My approach provides each client with a personalized comprehensive investment plan that offers a step-by-step process on how to pursue their own desired financial goals.  

I have experience as both a Financial Advisor with AXA Advisors and a Registered Client Associate with Wells Fargo Advisors in Cleveland, Ohio, where I was born and raised. In each role I met with clients, discussed their current and long-term goals, and recommended investments to help address these objectives. In addition to strategic investing, I also dedicated time to educating my clients so that they may improve their own financial knowledge. I believe an educated client is best positioned for success. My number one commitment is servicing each client to my best and fullest capacity to help ensure that, at the end of the day, they are meeting their financial goals. 

Prior to working in the financial industry, I was a project manager at a prominent advertising firm in Columbus, Ohio where I also graduated from Ohio State University.

Away from the office
I enjoy the many outdoor activities that living in Florida has to offer. Whether it is spending time at the beach, fishing, hiking or gardening, you will find me outdoors. Furthermore, I enjoy traveling, cooking, playing sports of all kinds and exploring the greater Melbourne and surrounding areas.
