Bill Armstrong has more than 24 years of experience in helping investors and has a keen insight into building effective professional relationships and working with clients to determine a course of action that suits their individual needs. Bill holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations and is a PIM Portfolio Manager. Bill graduated from Handley High School and then attended the University of Mary Washington. Bill joined Wells Fargo Advisors after working as a Customer Service Manager in his family's business for several years.

Bill is a lifelong resident of the Winchester community and has been very active in service to the community. He has served on the boards of the Judges Athletic Association, local Salvation Army and Blue Ridge Youth Soccer Association. He is a past president of the board of the Adult Care Center and the Old Town Kiwanis Club. Bill currently serves on the Handley Board of Trustees, the advisory board of Winchester Education Foundation and Winchester Parking Authority.

Greg is a 1990 graduate of Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Upon graduation he accepted a position as aide to Chief Justice William Rehnquist at The United States Supreme Court. While at the Court, Greg attended night school and received an M.A. degree in International Transactions from George Mason University. Greg left the Court in late 1997 and joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor in 1998, and he went on to receive his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in 2004, and moved to Wells Fargo Advisors in September 2007.

For the past twenty-five years Greg has worked mostly with families, helping them to build and manage their wealth. Today, Greg plays an integral part in managing client portfolios largely in a discretionary basis. He is a member of Braddock Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.

Previously, Greg served on the Board of Trustees of the Unites States Supreme Court Historical Society. He is currently serving on the finance committee of Faith Christian Academy in Martinsburg West Virginia Greg lives in Martinsburg, West Virginia with his wife and son.

Christy has over 20 years of experience in multiple specialties in the financial and insurance industries. She joined the Wells Fargo Bank team in 2014 as a Regional Private Banker, before transitioning to a Financial Advisor for Wells Fargo Advisors in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from George Mason University and has served on various Boards and Leadership Committees for Organizations such as the Junior League, National MS Society, the Jaycees and Area Chambers of Commerce. She is a 2013 Graduate, and former Advisor of the Leadership Roanoke Valley Program, and past Mentor and Board VP for Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is a two-time DuPaul Community Resources, Women of Achievement Nominee. Christy is currently the acting Chair of the Our Health Board of Directors in Winchester and a graduate of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber's 2021-2022 Community Leadership Program.

In her free time

Christy enjoys volunteering and giving back to her local community, cooking, needle pointing, reading, supporting local arts, traveling and spending time with friends, and family (preferably on the water). Christy lives in Frederick County with her daughter and two rescue pups.

Wendy Payne is the ever-pleasant voice that greets callers to Braddock Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. With more than 19 years of experience in the financial service industry, Wendy’s customer service and administrative skills complement those of Braddock Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.

Wendy joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2005 and her responsibilities include account administration, documentation, preparing various financial forms and all aspects of client service. Wendy and her husband Eric reside in the Winchester area along with their beloved pet Bailey.

Carolina Moyer is an MBA graduate from Shenandoah University. With more than 17 years’ experience in administrative and customer service field. Carolina is in charge of expanding marketing efforts to better relationships with clients and foster new ones. Support administrative tasks of subordinate financial advisors, maintaining client account information, and lending assistance for special projects and urgent account tasks.

Carolina sits on the Board of the Child Safe Center in Winchester and a graduate of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber's 2019-2020 Community Leadership Program.

Carolina was born and raised in Lima-Peru and lives in Virginia since 2005. Carolina, her husband Donny, daughter Audrey and beloved family pet Rusty enjoy hiking outdoors and traveling.

Peggy has been committed to her career with Wells Fargo & Company for over 25 years. Starting her career as a teller, through her commitment and dedication to serving clients, she has advanced to the position of Senior Client Associate. Peggy helps her clients achieve their financial needs through her knowledge and ability to ask the right questions and she enjoys introducing clients to modern financial resources and technology.

In her spare time, Peggy enjoys going to estate sales, gardening, and taking care of her farm.  Her love for animals is unwavering.

She has an outgoing, bright and pleasant personality and is always willing to assist her colleagues, teammates, and clients.
