My Beginning
Growing up in a family that valued hard work and savings, I learned the importance of financial security from an early age. My Mom, a savvy saver, took early retirement to care for her dad (my grandfather) in 2000. Although she had managed to save a considerable amount, she lacked the knowledge required to invest her money wisely and faced the daunting task of finding someone she could trust. Determined to help my mom, I began educating myself about the financial industry. I undertook extensive research and self-study on the economy and investments. My journey into the financial world officially began in February 2008, driven by a passion to help people and provide first class service to clients, I went on to succeed in leading a resourceful and dedicated team. In 2026, Forbes honored me as one of the Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-in-State, marking my third consecutive year receiving this award. *
Mission
I believe in crafting not just custom investment plans, but comprehensive life plans that can help clients feel confident during market fluctuations. My mission is to guide those I work with on a seamless financial journey, making it as smooth as possible, helping to ensure they won’t outlive their money, and most importantly, they ENJOY life!
Education
I earned my degree from UC San Diego, where I cultivated a passion for lifelong learning. To deepen my expertise in finance, I went on to pursue advanced education at San Diego State. Committed to continued growth, I actively participate in mastermind groups with fellow professionals, learning about changes in the environment, economics, and beyond.
Personal Life
Away from the office, I cherish simple pleasures and family life. Married for 27 years, I am a proud parent of two children, Alexia, a senior at UCSC and Jesse, a freshman in Irvine. My hobbies reflect my appreciation for simplicity and nature; I enjoy running outdoors, having completed the Boston Marathon in 2019 was a definite bucket list item. In summer, you’ll find me at Concerts in the Park every weekend—dancing outdoors with friends and family.
