Prior to his career in financial services, Brett competed as a world-class Biathlon athlete, representing the United States in domestic and international competition. He was also a resident athlete at the United States Olympic Education Center, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and commitment to excellence that continue to influence his leadership approach today.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the outdoors. He is married and the proud father of two children. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Brett enjoys skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, and camping, pursuits that reflect his appreciation for adventure, perseverance, and lifelong growth.
