Niko Fraser is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional with over a decade of experience helping clients navigate complex financial decisions. He began his career immediately after graduating from Elon University and spent 12 years under the mentorship of Kelby Brown before Kelby’s retirement. Niko holds Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, along with life and health insurance credentials.

A former Division I athlete, Niko played four years of baseball at Elon University, serving as team captain for two seasons and earning recognition as a two-time Southern Conference champion and All-Academic honoree.

Outside of work, Niko is an avid mountain biker and trail runner. He enjoys baking sourdough bread, reading novels, and spending time with his wife Kaitlyn, their daughter Cove, son Keating, and two dogs. He actively serves on the Finance Committee at Warehouse 242. His volunteer work includes serving as a bike mechanic for the REcyclery (Trips for Kids Charlotte) and assisting with trail building and maintenance through the Tarheel Trailblazers.

Jess Palpallatoc is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® focused on helping clients identify their goals and building personalized wealth plans to support them. With 5 years of industry experience, Jess brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to planning, paired with a genuine passion for building lasting client relationships. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and earned her B.S. in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology. She began her career in Corporate and Investment Banking, working with institutional counterparties. After a few years, she transitioned to wealth management where she could develop meaningful relationships and have a direct impact on individuals and families pursuing financial freedom.

Jess plays a key role in helping to ensure continuity from initial recommendations to implementation, often serving as a connector between advisory and operations. Her goal is simple: to follow through on what’s promised and make the planning process as seamless and uplifting as possible for clients. What she enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to dive deep into what matters most to clients and help alleviate financial stress so they can focus on the things that bring them joy and fulfillment. She believes in listening first, planning with intention, and taking the time to understand the unique nuances of each client’s financial situation. She also appreciates being part of a close-knit team that collaborates daily to enhance the client experience and serve as a trusted resource for individuals and families across generations.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, working on home projects, and hiking with her husband, daughter, and their dog. She values time with family and the chance to unplug and recharge in nature.

Monique Williams brings over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, along with Life, Accident, and Health certifications. Monique earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and has spent the past 8 years in client support and operational roles within wealth management.

Her approach to client service is rooted in care and precision, consistently delivering a white-glove experience tailored to each client’s needs. Monique began her career as a part-time teller in the summer of 2008, and her journey reflects a deep commitment to growth and excellence in client support.

Monique enjoys being part of a team that uses technology in smart, innovative ways to solve problems and improve the client experience. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sports, attending musicals and plays, and spending quality time with her family.

Sam Silander supports clients with a wide range of services including account maintenance, money movements, marketing, and communications. He holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from Elon University in Spring 2025.

Sam is committed to providing clients with a sense of security and confidence, approaching each interaction with care and attention to detail. His goal is to help ensure that every client feels supported and confident in their financial journey. A native Charlottean, Sam is grateful to return to his hometown after graduation and to join a team that values collaboration, trust, and both personal and professional development.

Outside of work, Sam is an experienced multi-instrumentalist and serves as a music director at New City Church. He enjoys blending his passion for music with an affinity for the technology and sound design that bring it to life.
