Chris has always understood the value of having an investment plan. This comprehensive overview incorporates every facet of your financial life and sets the foundation on which all financial decisions will be made. Where do you want to go? Do you want to take the scenic route or the quickest route? Do you prefer a relatively calm waters or are you comfortable with some waves?
Creating a successful plan requires a relationship that is built on trust. The process all starts with a conversation. Understanding what is most important to you and why. Aligning your priorities with a sound investment discipline, Chris will be there to provide advice and guidance along the way to ensure your plan is on track.
Chris began his career at Ameriprise where he began building a planning-based practice. He transitioned to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2020. Prior to starting his career, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Lander University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Citadel. Chris has continued his education and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) designations.
Chris and his wife, Kristen, reside in Greenwood with their children, Joseph and Arden and their beloved English Field Spaniels Sunshine and Tug. In his spare time, you will find Chris hunting, fishing, playing golf and tennis.
He believes in the power of giving back and currently serves on the Lander University Foundation, the Self Hospital Foundation and the Greenwood Sertoma Board. Chris previously served as the President of the Financial Planning Association of South Carolina.
