I have worked in the financial services industry for 23 years and strive to be the best in my field. As a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP ®), I assist individuals, families, and business owners in developing financial strategies to pursue long-term financial goals.
My goals-based wealth management process starts with getting to know you, the client, through an in-depth profiling to learn more about your family and financial situation. Next, we will work together to define and prioritize your goals and objectives. From this point, I will develop an asset allocation plan considering risk tolerance and investment experience. Over time, we will meet regularly to review and adjust your plan with consideration of current circumstances, market opportunities and economic conditions. Through this process, I aim to help you not only achieve your financial goals but also enjoy the fruits of your labor.
I have experience in helping individuals plan for retirement from several of the South Bay's largest employers. I am certified to manage assets at Well Fargo Advisors on a discretionary basis or can work with clients on a non-discretionary basis. I am also licensed to assist my clients in their long-term care and life insurance needs. Please note, insurance products are offered through nonbank insurance agency affiliates of Wells Fargo & Company and are underwritten by unaffiliated insurance companies.
I live with my family in Rolling Hills Estates and am active in the community through our children’s various extracurricular activities. I am an avid boater with weekend trips to Two Harbors on Catalina Island being a big family favorite. Most recently, I have renewed my enthusiasm for swimming by joining a local Masters swim team.

I began my career in financial services in Boston, MA in 2004 and made the move to sunny Los Angeles in 2006. In 2008, I found a permanent “work” home with Paul Kinkelaar and Phillip Schafer just as the financial crisis was beginning…we joke that if we survived that just as we were getting to know each other, we can get through anything. Over the past fifteen years with my team, I have gotten to know our clients on a professional and personal level and have enjoyed celebrating victories with them and have also been there during difficult times. I believe having someone you can reach out to solve a problem is invaluable and I strive to be that person for our clients.
I was born and raised in North Carolina (Go Heels!) and graduated from Elon University with a degree in Communications. I now reside in the South Bay area of Los Angeles and have blended the beach lifestyle with my southern roots. When I am outside of work, you can find me in a yoga class, playing pickleball, checking out a new restaurant, or skiing. I also volunteer with Project Ropa, a non-profit which provides clothing and personal hygiene kits to the homeless population in Los Angeles.
