    • Vice President - Investments

Conor McCoy is Vice President – Investments and Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors. He serves the complex wealth management needs of high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs and family offices. Conor has carved a unique niche in the financial world by blending his rich personal history with a deep commitment to client success.

Born to Northern Irish parents, Conor was awarded the prestigious Posse Scholarship to attend DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. The Posse Foundation identifies and nurtures individuals with exceptional leadership potential. During his college years, Conor gained invaluable experience as an intern in the back-office operations of Lehman Brothers. After graduation, he continued to build his expertise in private wealth management, starting from the ground up. This foundational experience was instrumental as he advanced in the financial services industry, first as a Wealth Business Analyst at Credit Suisse and later as a Senior Wealth Strategist at UBS Wealth Management. In 2017, Conor transitioned to Wells Fargo Advisors, where he embraced a more client-centric approach, becoming a Financial Advisor.

Conor's commitment to financial literacy is deeply rooted in his personal history. Growing up, his immigrant parents faced challenges due to a lack of access to comprehensive financial planning. This inspired Conor to bridge that gap, not only for his family but for others as well. Today, he is devoted to enhancing the financial literacy of his clients and friends, offering a total wealth planning approach that includes strategic idea generation, alternative investments, and custom lending strategies (offered through Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.) to help build and preserve wealth. His dedication to client relationships is characterized by high-touch, personalized service that reflects the strong bonds he forms with his clients.

Conor resides in Short Hills, New Jersey, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three small children Conor, Patrick, and Shea. Despite his busy schedule, Conor finds time to indulge in his passions, whether it's a rigorous workout or cheering for his beloved Arsenal and Celtic Football Club. He is a dedicated supporter of the American Ireland Funds and the Posse Foundation.
