Away from the office
In the community, Kevin has served on the Boards of the Good Will Theater, BU Bearcats Athletic Association, Punch out Parkinson’s (currently serves on) and the United Way. Kevin has been active in youth sports including Flag Football, Pee Wee Football, Basketball and Lacrosse.
Born in Johnson City, NY, Kevin and his wife Joan of 30 years, are active with their four children; Keegan, McKenna, Brogan and Grady and dog Ella. With strong Irish roots, family is his first focus. While traveling to the many athletic events, Kevin is often taking photographs and prefers to focus on nature as well as capturing a great shot at the goal.

Joseph Chesna has been a financial advisor in the Greater Binghamton area since spring 2015. He focuses his time on working with a select group of clients and businesses. He helps clients with wealth accumulation strategies, retirement planning, risk management and wealth transfer. For businesses, he has extensive experience in retirement plan design & administration. Joe is part of the Coughlin & Chesna Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.

Joe began his professional career with the New York State Comptroller’s Office in 2000, after graduation from Siena College in Loudonville, NY.
Joe’s career in public service included managing audits of governmental entities across New York State. He was a leader in the field and led many initiatives for the Division of Local Government Services and Economic Development. Joe was selected to represent New York State on three National Peer Reviews of other State Auditors on behalf of the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers. His involvement in audits involved audit recommendations and potential cost savings for NYS taxpayers.

In the community, Joe has served on the Maine Endwell Little League Board and the Discovery Center of the Southern Tier. Joe has been active in youth and high school sports including: American Legion Baseball, High School Baseball, Youth Football and Youth Baseball and Softball.
Born in Binghamton, NY, Joe and his wife Carrie (Corgel), of 15 years, are active with their two children; Natalie and Joey. With strong ties to the area, Joe can be found at many youth sporting and community events.

Background and experience
Mark Saroka has been a financial advisor in the Greater Binghamton area for the last 28 years. A graduate of Penn State University, he focuses on helping his clients and their families achieve and enjoy financial security.
Mark began his career with Dean Witter in 1996. While there, in addition to being a financial advisor, he spent time as the Assistant Branch Manager. In 2004, Mark moved to Northwestern Mutual where he continued to work with his clients and other financial representatives in growing their businesses as an Investment Specialist. Mark maintains the General Securities Representative Series 7, the General Securities Sales Supervisor Series 9 and 10, the Futures Managed Funds Series 31, the Uniform Securities Agent – State Law Series 63, and the Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam Series 65 registrations.
Mark is licensed in Life, Accident and Health Insurance for variable contracts and Long Term care. He adheres to a professional code of ethics, fulfilling annual continuing education requirements to remain aware of current planning strategies and financial trends.
Away from the Office
Mark is active in his community having served on the boards of The Binghamton Boy & Girls Club and The Binghamton Rifle Club. Mark has been active in coaching youth sports including T-Ball, Little League and spent several years as a Cub Scout Den Leader. He and his wife, Ann, have been married 27 years, and have 3 children: Kelly, Patrick, and Danny. Always on the go, you will usually find them outside enjoying the great outdoors.

Grady Coughlin is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses develop financial and investment strategies that align with their individual needs, goals, and risk tolerance. His mission is to provide every client with targeted, comprehensive financial advice and portfolio management ideas – delivered with the highest level of personal service and professional integrity.
Background Experience
Grady started his professional career as a Programs Financial Analyst with BAE Systems in Endicott, NY. In this role, he developed financial plans for engineering and operations teams supporting them in fulfilling their contract requirements in a cost-efficient and timely manner.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo with a degree in Business Administration, concentrated in Finance. Prior to enrolling in the University at Buffalo, Grady spent two years at Le Moyne College, studying Finance, and was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team.

Away from the office
In addition to helping his clients, Grady is committed to helping his community. He is currently involved in the Johnson City Lacrosse Program and volunteers his time to help coach at both the youth and varsity levels. He enjoys passing on the knowledge and experience he learned as a collegiate athlete to the next generation. Away from the office, he also enjoys spending time outdoors, physical fitness, and is an avid golfer.
Focus
Having grown up working in family businesses, one of the greatest tenets that was instilled in her was “the customer is always right and comes first”. As a Client Associate, Susan still believes this but has changed the phrase to, “It’s all about the client and what is right for them.” Providing the best customer service possible, being accurate with information, and making clients know they’re important builds a client’s confidence in you and your team.
Background and Experience
After graduating from college, Susan spent much of her career in the public relations field working for local organizations including the BC Pops, the Broome County Chamber of Commerce, Binghamton University and WSKG Public Broadcasting. Entering the world of finance in 2003, she started at First Investors Corporation as an Inside Sales Assistant and has called Wells Fargo Advisors home since 2020.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Scranton, and a degree in Music Theory and Composition from Broome Community College.
Away from the Office
When not at work, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband Steve, children Christopher and Steven, and her favorite canines Opie and Lily.
