Tim Cusick, is a Managing Director – Investments with over 45 years of experience. Tim manages multi-generational client relationships and provides comprehensive portfolio management to individual and institutional investors. He actively interacts with families and guides the team on helping to maximize the client experience. Tim, has been recognized on the Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council for 19 years between 2006-2025 and was named a 2026 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisor for California.

Tim serves as a member of the Fresh Start Surgical Gifts Endowment Board, is the current Chairman of the Board of Whispering Winds Catholic Conference Center and is a past president of the Coronado Rotary Club. Tim lives in Coronado, California where he and his wife, Kathleen, raised four children; Kylie, Jackson, Jack and Shannon.

Fluent in Spanish, Kylie serves on the board of the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce and gives back to her community serving on the Board for the Fresh Start Surgical Gifts Foundation. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a degree in International Relations and a minor in Spanish.

Jackson helps ensure every plan reflects the combined expertise of the team and aligns with each client’s unique goals. Jackson spent four years as a Financial Advisor with Cetera before joining Wells Fargo Advisors. Before entering the financial services industry, he graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor’s degree and worked as a Field Producer for CBS on the television show Survivor. His diverse background and experience allow him to bring a unique perspective to investment planning. Dedicated to his community, Jackson has volunteered with Coronado Youth Lacrosse for many years. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active through surfing, fishing, and a variety of sports.

Lauren Murillo, Client Associate for the Cusick Bitterlin Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, joined the firm in 2010 and has been in her current role at Wells Fargo Advisors the past 5 years. As the an operational and administrative assistant for her team, Lauren actively engages with clients on all service needs, including cash transfers, estate processing, online access assistance, and reporting.


Lauren graduated from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania with a degree in Organizational Psychology. She received a scholarship to play tennis for the University, while earning her degree. After graduating, Lauren decided to move to California where she met her husband, Rene. Lauren and Rene are proud parents of their daughters, Emma and Olivia, and their Great Dane, Layla.
