Doug Ferry has over 25 years of experience as a Financial Advisor. Doug is dedicated to helping his clients meet their financial goals by offering independent and unbiased financial advice focused on their needs and priorities. Working with individuals, families, businesses, and institutions, he takes a comprehensive approach to wealth management by advising and educating on investment policy, asset allocation, and risk management. Doug also consults with employers who offer retirement plans for their employees, working with them on plan design & review, implementation, and employee education. 

Doug began his career in 1999 with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1994 from Indiana University and his MBA Degree from Butler University in 1999. In 2008, Doug founded DP Ferry Financial and began his affiliation as an independent Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. He currently serves as Managing Principal, Senior Financial Advisor, and Branch Manager for Higgins-Ferry Wealth Management Group, LLC of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.

Away from the office, Doug enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He and his wife, Valerie, reside in Westfield, IN with their three children: Kyra, Alyssa, and Aiden. Doug enjoys coaching, golfing, mountain biking, working outdoors, and cheering on his kid’s sports teams. He is also involved in his local community as an active member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church and the Westfield Chamber of Commerce. Doug has formerly served on the “Zoobilation” Fundraising Committee for the Indianapolis Zoo and as the co-chair for the St. Maria Goretti “Spring Fling”.

Sherri Strives to ensure that our clients’ administrative and operational needs are handled accurately and quickly. She handles the day-to-day administration of accounts, updating existing account information, managing account transfers, and answering questions regarding statements.
