Leveraging their individual strengths and skills, Stephanie Drew and Robert Graettinger, Senior Financial Advisors, collaborate as a unified resource to help clients build confidence in their goals across the financial spectrum. Each brings to the table diverse perspective and deep experience across a broad range of investment strategies and situations, from portfolio construction to retirement planning, to estate investment planning strategies, to assisting clients with managing issues and opportunities specific to their circumstances. With highly regarded designations as Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® and Accredited Asset Management Specialist ®, this duo is able to further assist clients throughout individual’s life changing events.
The team’s approach is based on the understanding that building and preserving wealth doesn’t happen on its own — it takes hard work, focus and intention to accomplish. They are mindful of the trust clients place in them to help them achieve what is most important in their lives. The team invests great care and attention in the personal and financial well-being of their clients. From being responsive to everyday questions, to improving clients’ financial literacy, to helping them navigate ups and downs in their lives and the market, the team’s style is 100 percent all-in. Stephanie works with individuals, business owners, retirees and growing families to help them build a strong investment plan based on their own personal goals and level of risk tolerance. She specializes in working with women, including widows and divorcees, helping female clients strengthen their financial literacy and navigate and thrive in circumstances specific to their situations. Stephanie is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® helping couples and their attorneys achieve equitable divorce settlements using knowledge of tax law, asset distribution, and short – and long-term investment planning. She is known for her can-do attitude, glass-half-full outlook and for always striving to put her clients first.
Born in New Jersey, Stephanie spent her childhood in Germany and France, where her parents are from, and permanently moved to Florida when she was 10. She and her husband live in Fort Myers with their two young sons. A global citizen with three citizenships, she is also fluent in French and German. Stephanie stays active in her community helping advance financial literacy and supporting women’s causes. An avid world traveler, she has visited more than 50 countries. In her spare time she enjoys boating, playing tennis and spending time with her family at the beach or on the water.

Robert works with high net worth individuals, retirees, business owners and multiple generations of families. He strategically focuses planning around long-term objectives and helps prepare for future unknowns. Robert specializes in legacy and estate investment planning, and collaborates with clients’ attorneys and CPAs to help ensure all are aligned to a common goal. Robert is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist and has been recognized as a Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council member every year from 2015* to 2025**. Known as a thoughtful and devoted advisor, he is passionate about making an impact on his clients’ futures.
Raised in Fort Myers, Robert is active in his community and focuses his efforts on local education and his church. He is a long-time supporter of The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools and a former board member of Bishop Verot Catholic High. He and his wife have three adult children. In his spare time he enjoys boating, taking family vacations, home remodeling and being a doting grandfather.

From being a teacher’s assistant in college, to working in the financial industry for the past 8 years, Shayla enjoys building client relationships. She truly enjoys getting to know a person, to understand their needs and concerns, and to help them grow in whichever way their path is taking them. Shayla fell in love with SWFL while attending college at Florida Gulf Coast University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Communications and Minors in Spanish and in Interdisciplinary Studies. She started her career with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in 2017 as a Relationship Banker where she enjoyed connecting with her community. She transitioned to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2022 where she continues to grow deeper and long-lasting relationships.
Currently in her role as a Client Associate to The Drew Graettinger Financial Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Shayla helps support clients by handling the operational side of the business. She collaborates with clients as their life goals change as well as helping the team build income and retirement plans by using programs such as eMoney and LifeSync ®. Shayla currently has her FINRA Series 7, Series 6, SIE and 63 Registrations as well as her Florida Life & Health Insurance License.
Born in the outskirts of Fort Lauderdale, Shayla was raised to enjoy all that Florida has to offer. While out of the office, she enjoys taking nature hikes, going to the beach, and exploring new parks with her sons and husband. She also loves music, so much that she even named her sons Lennon and Harrison after two musicians in one of her favorite classic rock bands.
