Edward J. Moffitt, CFP®

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors in July of 2013 in the Beverly, Massachusetts office, Edward spent 4 1/2 years at Raymond James & Associates, and more than 11 years in Merrill Lynch's Global Private Client Group as a Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor. Moffitt has been working in the securities industry since 1997.
After graduating from Worcester Academy, Moffitt attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute and received a B.S. in mechanical engineering. He went on to attend Boston College's Carroll Graduate School of Business, and received his M.B.A. in finance in 1996. He has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 2004, which is a certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planning Board of Standards.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Edward works closely with his clients to customize their investment plan to address retirement income planning, insurance planning, wealth transfer planning, asset management, cash flow management and budgeting.
Moffitt has been involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and has been a guest lecturer at the Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Business, speaking on various topics including investments, personal investment planning and trends.
