For more than two decades, Eric has helped individuals, families and business owners make thoughtful decisions about their wealth. His particular focus is working with successful entrepreneurs and high-net-worth business owners whose financial lives have become increasingly interconnected with the companies they have built.

For these clients, wealth planning often extends well beyond an investment portfolio. Business value, concentrated assets, retirement planning, liquidity needs, family priorities and eventually succession or transition can all become part of the same conversation. Eric helps clients step back from the day-to-day demands of running a business and consider how their business and personal wealth can work together to support the life they envision.

Eric began his career as a Financial Advisor in 2001 after developing an early passion for financial literacy and the impact thoughtful planning can have on a family’s future. A lifelong learner, he earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2006 and the Certified Portfolio Manager designation in 2022.

Just as important to Eric is the relationship behind the plan. He believes clients should understand the decisions they are making and feel informed as their circumstances evolve. That philosophy has helped shape Garcia Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors’  planning-first approach.

A Southern California native, Eric grew up in Eagle Rock, where he met his high school sweetheart and wife, Connie, Senior Financial Advisor. They have two adult children, Ciana and Quentin, who is now a Financial Advisor alongside his parents. Away from the office, Eric has spent many years coaching youth sports and supporting organizations throughout the local community.
