As a Coachella Valley native, Erica has been delivering innovative and customized financial strategies for her clients since 2006. She takes great pride in educating her clients to help ensure they truly understand their holistic financial picture. Throughout her client’s lifetime she is there advising and guiding them as she develops a personalized strategic plan that helps prepare them for retirement and beyond.

Erica believes that wealth management isn’t just about managing investments; it’s about discovering what’s truly important to the client and using their assets to turn those priorities into reality. She helps clients create long-term wealth management strategies by advising them on retirement, education and creating a lasting legacy for the family.

Erica brings a hands-on approach to each client by providing proactive communications and scheduling face-to-face meetings to make sure each client is truly heard and understood. Erica helps her clients navigate the good times and the bad times – not just in the market, but in life. Throughout the year she has in-depth conversations with clients to help make sure their goals are on target and their portfolio strategies reflect their current needs in life.

Erica earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. She loves calling the desert home and is an avid hiker in addition to maintaining a regular yoga practice. Erica is also a passionate supporter of several local non-profit organizations, including the McCallum Theatre.

Nanette Conradi brings more than three decades of financial services experience, having worked in operations and client service since 1998. Prior to joining Senior Financial Advisor Erica Espinola's team, Nanette developed extensive knowledge of both the operational and client-facing sides of the business, giving her a well-rounded perspective that is invaluable to our team and clients.

Known for her dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail, Nanette views her role as both a problem-solver and relationship builder. She is committed to creating an environment of trust and confidence by providing thoughtful guidance, addressing client questions and concerns with care, and delivering exceptional service with a calm and reassuring approach.

Nanette works closely with clients and team members to help ensure a seamless service experience. Her responsibilities include assisting with account transactions, monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual distributions, helping clients understand their statements and confirmations, and facilitating communication between Wells Fargo Advisors, Erica, and clients. Her commitment to delivering concierge-level service is reflected in every interaction, which she approaches with integrity, respect, and a genuine passion for helping others.

A lifelong resident of the Coachella Valley, Nanette is married to her high school sweetheart, Jerry, and together they have two sons, Jacob and Justin. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and creating lasting memories with her family.

Nanette holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 registrations and earned an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from College of the Desert.
