As a Financial Advisor, Elliott supports his clients by helping ensure that their wealth works to support the interests that are important to them. For this, he designs investment strategies targeted to each client’s specific needs and goals. This planning is not a single event, but a process that begins with mutual trust and respect. As life circumstances change, so must the strategies used to help stay on course towards meeting their objectives.

Elliott developed the desire to help and educate others on making sound financial decisions from a young age. His interest in investments started at the age of 12 when he decided to invest the profits from his car detailing business into the stock market. At 16, Elliott became a paid intern with Merrill Lynch in Fort Lauderdale. He continued his internships through high school and college before accepting an offer after college as a Financial Advisor. In 2012, Elliott joined Wells Fargo Advisors under the guidance and mentorship of Jamie Meehan. After over a decade together, they teamed up to form the Meehan and Flynn Wealth Management Group, becoming Flynn Wealth Management Group following Jamie's retirement.

Elliott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University, along with a Minor in Economics. With an emphasis on continuing education, he earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, or CFP®, practitioner designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (CFP Board) and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ certification from the College for Financial Planning. Elliott was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale where his parents, a teacher and a non-profit worker, instilled a strong work ethic and commitment to the community. He now lives in that same community with his wife, Katie, and they are striving to raise their children with those same values. In his free time Elliott enjoys golfing, fishing and giving back to his community.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. He later earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Davis School of Business at Jacksonville University. Before joining Wells Fargo, he served as a Research Analyst for a team Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Scott has a passion for the sport of golf and even worked for a hall of fame golfer prior to his career in Financial Services. He witnessed firsthand the dire need for a trusted financial advisor on their side, an advisor who would help that client and keep others from hurting them financially. This propelled him into the industry.

Most of his clients are athletes, and he believes he is an expert within the lifestyle. Scott makes sure his clients understand and have access to all resources available. He loves working for his clients, helping them navigate through their financial journey and providing the best advice specific to his client’s goals and aspirations.

Scott was born and raised in a small midwestern town, Twin Lakes, Wisconsin where he learned a strong work ethic and commitment to the community. He had an opportunity to move to Florida to attend college on a golf scholarship and fell in love with the state. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, reading, skiing, and giving back to his community.

With more than 30 years of financial services experience, Karen helps ensure that clients’ administrative needs are handled accurately and quickly. She oversees the day-to-day administration of accounts, including opening new accounts, updating existing account information, managing account transfers and answering questions regarding statements.
Karen has many industry registrations and licenses. She also is fluent in Spanish. A resident of Fort Lauderdale, she spends most of her free time with her husband, Phillip, an attorney, and their two sons.

William Saunderson is the Ft. Lauderdale Executive Director - Branch Manager for the Southeast Division and a financial advisor in the downtown Ft. Lauderdale office. He leads a team of 45 financial advisors and 15 support staff dedicated to building, managing, preserving, and transitioning wealth for their clients in Broward County, Florida. Collectively their goal is to provide exceptional service and solutions encompassing the four cornerstones of wealth management: Investments; Liability Management; Risk Management (through insurance and other asset protection strategies); and Trust, Estate and Fiduciary Services.

Bill has focused on wealth management for over thirty-eight years as both a Platinum Council Manager² from 1999-2001. He received his bachelor’s degree in business marketing from The University of Florida and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 9 and 10 securities registrations as well as the Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses. When he’s not coaching, mentoring, and supporting his financial advisors and staff he is a highly visible ambassador for Wells Fargo Advisors in the community.. He is also the proud father of Jonathan, a PhD student attending Florida International University and Isabella, his 13-year-old daughter enrolled at St. Thomas Aquinas High School. Bill and his wife are avid boaters and take advantage of the many outdoor opportunities that South Florida provides.
