Background and experience
Since 1999, Steve has helped clients in different phases of their lives address their financial concerns and develop sound strategies by focusing on each individual's specific needs, time horizon and risk tolerance. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, he has dedicated his career to delivering the comprehensive investment planning services those clients and their families deserve, helping them to maximize their retirement income and pursue their goals.

Steve earned an undergraduate degree in finance from Illinois State University, and his MBA in Business Administration with Distinction from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He also holds Series 7 and 65 registrations, the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) certification, and the Accredited Domestic Partnership AdvisorSM designation. 

Away from the office
Giving back to the community is important to Steve. Over the past 12 years he has coached youth baseball, softball and soccer. He is a founding member of the Wauconda High School foundation that helps raise funding for classroom technology. He also mentors students in the Future Business Leaders of America club at Wauconda High School. Out of the office, Steve enjoys bicycling, boating and spending time with his family.

Focus
Mina brings insight and problem-solving skills to her support of clients' investment planning needs which includes everything from new client onboarding and opening accounts to money transfers, annuity and insurance processing, problem solving and helping clients understand statements. Adept in math, she has found working with financial numbers is her strong suit.

Mina has taken on the communications responsibilities for the team, including planning client seminars and events, website content management and the development of marketing materials.

Background and experience
Mina began her career at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2007. She holds her Series 7 and 66 registrations and Illinois insurance license. She received her BSBA in finance and management from Columbia College of Missouri.

Her dedication has been recognized by the firm with a Premier Client Associate distinction from 2012-2019. The Wells Fargo Advisors Premier Client Associate distinction is held by select group of Registered Client Associates within Wells Fargo Advisors nominated by their management for their consistent display of professionalism, integrity and core leadership values.

Away from the office
Mina enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys. She practices yoga, likes to travel and particularly enjoys taking motorcycle rides with her husband.

Nancy helps ensure that clients' administrative needs are handled accurately and quickly. She delivers a high level of personal service to clients, specializing in administrative support, managing account cash requirements, retirement plan distributions, account inquiries, online access support, money disbursement requests and document processing.

Background and experience
While at Arizona State University, Nancy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She began her career as a client associate in 2006. In 2019 Nancy was nominated and won the Golden Spoke Award with Wells Fargo Advisors. The Golden Spoke award is given to team members for their service and commitment to the vision, values, and goals of the Firm. She holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations along with insurance licenses in several states.

Away from the office
Nancy resides in Crystal Lake. She is a believer in the restorative ability of the outdoors and enjoys spending time in nature, especially with her family's dogs. She also enjoys spending her free time traveling to visit with friends and family. She is also a big Chicago sports fan and enjoys watching and going to sporting events.
