Genevieve Coan, CFP

As a Financial Advisor, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families develop financial and investment strategies that are in line with their unique needs and goals. I collaborate with a team of professionals and together we have combined experience of over three decades in financial services. Our mission is to provide every client with targeted, comprehensive financial advice delivered with the highest level of personal service and professional integrity. I started my career at Wells Fargo Advisors in August 2020 shortly after graduating from Virginia Tech with dual degrees in accounting and finance with a concentration in financial planning. I spent the first two and half years as a Client Associate, getting to know our clients and assisting them in the day-to-day account operations. I most recently worked as a Financial Consultant leading the planning efforts for my team before beginning my new role as a Financial Advisor in September 2023. I have been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional since August 2022, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with clients so they feel competent and confident when faced with financial decisions. Away from the office, I enjoy playing soccer, seeing live music, and trying new restaurants in DC and Arlington.
