Focus

As a financial advisor with over 25 years of experience, I believe in building lasting relationships with my clients through comprehensive investment planning.  My goal is to understand their family’s unique circumstances and aspirations, then create an investment plan that aligns with their values and goals.  I am passionate about helping people achieve financial security and confidence.

Professional Background and Experience

I was born and raised in Stony Brook, NY.  In 1995, I graduated from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics. 

I began my career in the financial software industry providing trading and risk management solutions to large banks and institutions.  After five years in the software business, I transitioned to the financial services business in 2000.   Since then, I’ve helped guide my clients through numerous economic and market cycles.  I have gained extensive experience through major market shifts and have dedicated my career to helping families navigate financial and investment decisions with confidence.

Away from the office

My wife, Jennifer, and I have four wonderful children. Together, we enjoy time at the beach, boating, and fishing. Giving back to my community is a foundational trait I inherited from my father; I coach two soccer teams, and I volunteer as a Firefighter / EMT with the county fire rescue department.

As a financial advisor with a background in law, problem solving and advocacy for my clients are tenets that are central to my practice. My aim is to help you achieve your goals by identifying the gaps in your investment plan, so that we can work together to create solutions tailored to your specific needs.

Professional Background and Experience

I grew up on Fort Myers Beach, FL, and attended the University of Florida where I received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with a major in Philosophy. From there, I moved to New York City where I attended Brooklyn Law School and earned my Juris Doctorate, graduating cum laude. After law school, I joined the City of New York’s Special Federal Litigation Division. In this role, I worked with City officials and represented the City in litigation regarding Constitutional law issues.

In 2020, I returned to Florida and began my career as a financial advisor. My background in law and passion for problem solving translates into my current role. My professional experience and education benefit my clients with their retirement planning, business and succession planning, estate planning strategies, tax strategies, and charitable giving goals.

Away From the Office

A Florida girl at heart, I have a passion for the outdoors, and I enjoy fishing, diving, and going on adventures with my husband Joe, our son Beauman, and our dog June. I also enjoy reading, cooking, and hosting our extended family and friends for holidays and gatherings.
