Raymond C. Gonzalez began his financial services career in 1997 after graduating Cum Laude from Occidental College where he
earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology. He subsequently earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
designation, one of the nation’s premier retirement planning credentials, providing him with an extensive knowledgebase from
which to help clients navigate their retirement planning options.

Ray, the oldest of nine siblings, grew up in Winnemucca, Nevada and now resides in Reno. Ray has three kids. His oldest son,
Nick is following Dad in a career in finance. His middle child, Emma graduates from UNR this year and has chosen to pursue a
career in marketing. His youngest, Zach is a freshman enrolled at UNLV. When Ray is not in the office, he can be found enjoying
the outdoors and all that his home state has to offer.

As a family man and an active member of his community, Ray believes in the importance of giving back. He is currently serving
as the president of the Nevada Humane Society and sits as a board member on Community Health Alliance, Truckee Meadows
Tomorrow, Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center and the Barracuda Foundation. In the past he has been involved with The Community
Foundation of Northern Nevada , Reno Rotary, American Heart Association, Executive Association of Reno (EAR); and
Summit VMS, an organization that touches on an area of focus for Ray as mentors of local tech start-ups. Ray has also served on
the board of several other organizations in the Reno area including the Education Alliance of Washoe County, the Make-A-Wish
Foundation, and as the President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Ray and his team specialize in portfolio management and retirement plans such as 401(k), Profit Sharing, SEP, SIMPLE, Traditional,
and Roth IRAs. Through Wells Fargo affiliates they have access to over 90 lines of business for their clients including
lending services. Ray’s primary focus is managing, protecting, and transitioning wealth to ensure each of his client’s portfolios
match their risk-tolerance and objectives to achieve financial success.

For over a decade, Jeff has helped clients address their financial concerns and develop investment strategies by focusing on individual client needs. He believes that client education is paramount so clients have the knowledge to make informed decisions that is in their best interest. Jeff encourages every client to rely on him for all financial needs or concerns.

Jeff was born and raised in Las Vegas before serving 6 years in the United States Navy. Upon completion of his service, Jeff entered college at The University of Nevada Reno, graduating in 2001 with a bachelors in science. He holds his FINRA Series 7, and Series 66 registrations along with holding insurance licenses in both Annuities and Life.  He has attained both an AAMS© (Accredited Asset Management Specialist) and CRPC© (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) professional designation. The AAMS© designation is bestowed on individuals with specific knowledge in portfolio building and management.  The CRPC© (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) professional designation is one of the nation’s premier retirement planning credentials ensuring Jeff has the extensive knowledge base to help clients navigate their retirement planning options.

Through a repeatable process, Jeff’s goal is to build a relationship built on a foundation of trust. He believes in getting to know each client so that recommendations can be made from a fiduciary view, using risk tolerance and timeframes as the guiding principles. Knowledge is key. The better he knows a client, the more he can help them.

In his free-time, Jeff and his wife Libbie share a love for vacationing, gardening, and cooking. Their three teenagers keep them busy with soccer, basketball, tennis, golf, and skiing. Above all, both Mom and Dad believe education to be the driving pillar of success.

Financial Advisor, Natasha Mihaylov is the newest addition to the team. She is a Senior Financial Advisor who joined us from Morgan Stanley with 12 years of experience as an advisor, and 20 years in the financial industry. Her areas of focus include retirement planning, generational wealth management and customized financial solutions for her clients.

Natasha has been happily married for 15 years and has two kids. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and watching her kids play soccer and basketball. As a Reno native, she loves the outdoors and spending time at the surrounding lakes in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Tim Damon graduated with a finance and economics degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. His decision to become a financial advisor though had been made when he opened his first brokerage account at the age of 16! Since he has followed economic cycle to exploit investments in real estate and equities. His strengths as a financial advisor include connecting with people in the community and helping them reach their goals toward financial success.

As a Reno High school graduate, Tim has lived nearly his entire life in Reno. It should come as no surprise that Tim is an avid golfer and skier and enjoys spending time camping and rock climbing. He is also scuba certified so make sure to ask him about his next vacation destination.

Tim has an older sister and an identical twin. He and his brother have always been close and still spend much of their free time together. You can find them out in the community often in the gym or on the golf course. Tim is also a student of life. He’s an avid reader and includes Principles by Ray Dalio as his top read. He takes pride in his cooking abilities and is always open to trying out new recipes.

Born and raised in Reno, Christian Hicks graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno where he received his bachelor’s degree Cum Laude with a major in Finance and Economics. His passion for numbers and helping others find financial success has led him to his career as a financial advisor. He officially joined the team as a financial advisor in 2023 and works with families and businesses to help them achieve their financial goals. When he’s not in the office, he stays active with friends and family outdoors. He’s an avid golfer and mountain biker in the summer months and when the weather cools off you can find him at the local mountain enjoying the fresh snow. Like many on the team, he has a strong discipline for physical health and finds this translates to every aspect of his life.

Linda Moerdick is a Senior Client Associate for the team with over 10 years of financial industry experience. Linda coordinates the day-to-day operations and is often the first voice a new client hears. She believes the idiom, ‘put yourself in someone else’s shoes’. You’ll be in good hands as she knows the answers to the questions clients forget to ask.

Linda grew up in Winnemucca Nevada and is the youngest of 9 siblings. She graduated high school here in Reno and has an associate’s degree in business. Linda is married with two little girls: Jordyn and Addison. Linda and the family enjoy camping, boating, working out and vacationing anywhere sunny.

Jessica Zeigler is a Senior Client Associate and the newest member of our team joining us from Morgan Stanley. Jess has over a decade of experience working in the financial industry ensuring clients are receiving a positive and engaging experience while helping to navigate their day to day needs.

She was born and raised in Reno, NV and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno.  You will find Jessica spending her time giving back to her community as a volunteer, supporting local businesses and non-profits. She has a love for animals, art, the outdoors, and cooking a good meal to share with her loved ones.

Emilee Gonzalez is the newest addition to the team. Emma is finishing her last semester at UNR and will graduate this Spring with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. It should come as no surprise to tell you she has taken over the marketing and event planning for the team.

When Emma is not in class or the office, Emma enjoys spending time with family and playing golf.
