Gregory D. Velho
Greg Velho is a Senior Financial Advisor and Managing Director – Investment Officer with The Velho Investment Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. He provides a consultative process which consists of investment planning, insurance and liability management advice to individuals, business owners, entertainers, retirees, and corporate executives. Greg has obtained the professional designations of Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist through the College for Financial Planning in Greenwood Village, CO.
During Greg’s over 27 years in the financial services industry, he has previously spent time with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2010. He has access to the firm’s resources in areas such as retirement planning, equity and fixed income syndicate offerings, estate planning strategies, investment planning, liability management, cash management, college planning, insurance, asset management, alternative investments and corporate retirement plans (401K, 403B, etc.).

Greg began his financial services career in New York City where he worked in Midtown Manhattan on 5th Avenue for several years prior to relocating to Central Florida in 2003. Greg is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN, where he earned a B.B.A in Finance and Business Economics and was a four-year monogram winner in soccer. Greg also went on to play professional soccer upon graduation. Greg was born in Winter Park, FL and grew up in the Longwood/Lake Mary, FL area where he was an All-American soccer player while attending Lake Mary High School. He resides in the College Park area of Orlando and New Smyrna Beach, FL.
