With wide-ranging experience that spans a Wall Street trading desk, institutional risk management, and over two decades in financial markets, Constantin is known for his analytical rigor, honesty and dedication to doing what’s right for his clients—no matter how complex the situation.

Hard-earned Expertise and Integrity
Constantin’s path began at Penn State, where he earned a degree in Real Estate/Finance with a minor in Economics. Early roles at Eaton Vance and KPMG immersed him in shareholder services and fixed income derivatives, giving him a deep understanding of financial markets from both front and back-office perspectives.

He went on to earn the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation—recognized globally for its emphasis on ethics, investment analysis and portfolio management. Over the next 24 years at Morgan Stanley, he built a career defined by clarity, mentorship and client-first solutions. In 2024, he joined the Woven Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, recruited by Financial Advisor Jon Levin, a former mentee.

A Transparent and Tactical Philosophy
As the team’s dedicated portfolio manager, Constantin is focused solely on investment strategy. His approach is grounded in analysis—not sales—and he avoids proprietary products, instead focusing exclusively on what will serve the client’s best interests in every case.

Whether evaluating interest rate sensitivity, portfolio duration or complex bond structures, Constantin brings a deep institutional mindset to private client portfolios. He checks “under the hood” on every solution and isn't swayed by asset size—he tells clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.

As the internal skeptic, he also pressure-tests every new idea within the team to ensure alignment with long-term client outcomes. For Constantin, intellectual honesty always comes first.

Outside the Office
Constantin lives in State College, PA with his partner, Kathy. He’s an avid sporting clays competitor (which he says is more addictive than golf), fly fisherman and lover of Arizona’s high desert.

He supports the Centre County Youth Service Bureau, where he’s served on the board and helped launch a donor-led fund—combining his financial skill with a passion for helping vulnerable youth.
