As a co-founder of the Hobbs, Hoskins & Boswell Financial Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Katie Hobbs has been helping successful families, small businesses, and institutions manage their wealth since 1993. Katie is one of the team’s lead strategists for business development and focuses on portfolio management and investment planning. She is a recognized Platinum Council Advisor for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. The Platinum Council (previously known as Premier Advisor) distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on the past year, and professionalism. Katie is also the Branch Manager for Visalia, California. She has earned FINRA Registrations 7, 9, 10, 31, 63 and 65 along with California Resident Insurance License, 0B92339, and non-residence in WA, OR, CO and TX. Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Ecology/Criminal Law from the University of California, Irvine and attended post graduate courses at Seattle University in financial planning. Her commitment to her community is reflected in her involvement with Las Madrinas Guild for Valley Children’s Hospital, Kaweah Health Heritage Club and other local charities. Katie and her husband Brent have raised two boys, Blake and Hayden, in Visalia. Katie enjoys family activities as snow skiing, wake boarding, golf and travel.

As a co-founder of the Hobbs, Hoskins & Boswell Financial Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Jon Hoskins, Senior Vice President – Investments, has been in the financial services industry since 1992. Jon advises clients on investment strategies that help meet their most important financial goals. Additionally, Jon is knowledgeable and licensed in many areas of insurance.


Jon holds FINRA Series 7 securities registrations along with California Resident Insurance License, 0B07835. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Wheaton College. Outside of the office, Jon spends his time in church leadership, camping, hiking, and motorcycling. He also enjoys spending time with his children.

His extensive experience - throughout major shifts in the markets - enables him to help my clients structure balanced portfolios to address their specific financial goals. Rachel began her career in the finance industry in 1980 as a Receptionist Secretary and now flourishes in her role as a Senior Registered Client Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors. Her experience in several different roles and experiences with a multitude of clients equips her with a phenomenal skillset to tackle problems and provide the utmost care to clients at Wells Fargo Advisors.

 

Rachel has a depth of knowledge in many areas and has been an extraordinary asset to the team. She has become an extremely dependable and trustworthy associate of the branch and has built many positive relationships. Her kind-hearted and gentle spirit contrasts with her ability to tackle projects and tasks both big and small. Rachel has earned FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, and 65 securities registrations, which has increased her expertise in the industry.

 

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her parents, three brothers and her niece and three nephews.

Rochelle began her career in finance in 2007 with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. She held many roles at the bank that helped grow her passion in finance and helping others. Rochelle joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016.

Rochelle is driven to meet client needs by building positive relationships, genuine care, and working hard to be readily available regardless of circumstance. She is frequently the first line of contact for clients. She handles day-to-day administration of accounts, setting client appointments, and manages account transfers. Her core values are committing to uphold the highest degree of integrity and ethical standards when serving clients.

When she is not working, Rochelle loves spending time with her husband and three kids. She enjoys traveling and making memories with her little ones.

Priscilla Gonzalez joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2020. She has 14 years of experience in financial services and began her career in 2009 at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in Fresno, California, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno. Go Bulldogs! As a Client Associate, Priscilla is the first voice that many hear when they call the office. Her responsibilities include resolving client inquiries and account administration.
 

Outside of work, Priscilla enjoys spending her time with her husband and children. She loves to travel and explore new places with her husband and family.
