Ibrahim Abboud, ChFC, MBA, AIF

Ibrahim Abboud, is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of leadership experience in wealth management, retail banking, and advisor development. He currently serves as Executive Director and Area Manager at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he leads a diverse team of financial advisors across Westlake Village, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo County. Known for his strategic insight and people-first leadership, Ibrahim is passionate about talent development and has built a strong reputation for recruiting top advisors and fostering high-performing teams. Throughout his career at Wells Fargo, Ibrahim has held a progression of leadership roles including Vice President – Affluent Segment Leader, Community Banking District Manager, Director of Lending, and Bank Manager. He is recognized for his ability to lead with integrity, align cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative solutions that support both clients and advisors. His credentials include the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designations, in addition to active FINRA licenses (7, 66, 9, and 10). Ibrahim holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from California State University, Long Beach. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. Fluent in Arabic, Ibrahim is a strong advocate for cultural inclusion in financial services. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife Meriam, exploring local wines, and mentoring the next generation of financial advisors.
