Ilene Epstein

As an accomplished financial services professional with over 35 years of experience, Ilene is known for personally mentoring and guiding advisors on their own path to success. As Branch Manager of the Wells Fargo Advisors Garden City Branch, Ilene uses an "FA-centric" management style that includes having an open-door policy and hands on approach which encourages sharing of best practices, open communication, and knowledge transfer among her team of financial advisors. Ilene's goal is to establish an engaging work environment that fosters trust and mutual respect among team members and ultimately leads to success for everybody.

By helping advisors better leverage the firm's vast array of resources, advisors can identify opportunities for growth, streamline their processes, earn advanced credentials, and improve their clients' experiences. Through a firm- and industry-wide network, Ilene helps meet the complex needs of advisors and their clients. She is a big believer in leveraging Wells Fargo Advisors' new technologies and exploring effective marketing initiatives so advisors can find more time to serve existing clients and attract new ones.

Ilene started her financial services career in 1985 working for Merrill Lynch on their Taxable Fixed Income Desk in Manhattan until making the move over to Financial Advisor ultimately gravitating towards Field Leadership. Ilene earned a B.S. in Political Science at the State University of New York Binghamton.

Ilene and Adam reside on the South Shore of Long Island.  They have 3 grown children and 2 great daughters-in-law and an awesome grandson.  They spend most of the summer at the beach and playing pickleball.
