Gary C. Saeks, CRPC^®, serves as First Vice President – Investment Officer, Senior Financial Advisor.

With a career spanning several decades, Gary has always had a deep passion for connecting with people, leading him to become a compassionate and comprehensive financial advisor. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Gary started his career as a Certified Public Accountant at PWC, formerly Price Waterhouse & Co., gaining valuable audit and tax experience with a large CPA firm.

Gary is no longer in practice as a CPA.  Transitioning from his successful role as a Senior tax accountant, Gary joined Merrill Lynch in 1983 to pursue his vision of helping people with wealth planning and asset management needs.

Gary relocated his practice to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2009.  With Wells Fargo Advisors main corporate campus location in St. Louis, Gary could continue to offer his clients the strength of one of the nations’ largest financial institutions, along with the added benefits of having hometown access to many of the brokerage firm’s top leaders, specialists, and other resources. In May 2024, Gary and his partners formed Insight Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors to provide clients with the benefits of their collective team approach to advice and service.

Gary's commitment to excellence is underscored by his Certified Retirement Planning CounselorSM certification. The CRPC® designation reflects Gary’s dedication to ongoing education and ethical standards in guiding clients through retirement planning and income sources, asset management, estate planning, and more.   Gary is honored to have been named to Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council1 (previously known as Premier Advisor), most recently for 2021.

Throughout his career, Gary's genuine enjoyment of connecting with clients and enhancing their financial lives drives a constant dedication to their success. Specializing in wealth management, retirement planning, legacy solutions, and life event planning, Gary takes a holistic approach to address clients evolving needs and goals to guide them through all of life’s milestones.

Outside of work, Gary and his wife Barbara have three adult children, and are thrilled with their roles as new grandparents to grandchildren living here and across the country.  In addition, Gary and Barbara take time to visit the mountains of Colorado each year, enjoying snow skiing and hiking in various seasons.  Gary also enjoys chasing a golf ball around area courses whenever possible.
