Jay Bavlish

As Co-Founder & Senior Financial Advisor of the Golden Link Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Jay Bavlish understands that financial success is personal to every client. He works closely with individuals and families to develop tailored strategies focused on preserving wealth, supporting future generations, and building confidence in the years ahead.

Since beginning his career in financial services in 1997, Jay has helped clients navigate changing markets, evolving priorities, and significant life transitions. His experience spans investment management, retirement planning, and comprehensive wealth strategies, with a focus on helping clients make informed decisions and remain confident in their financial future.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his commitment to client service and professional excellence. He has qualified for the Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council each year from 2015 through 2026 and was named a Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisor from 2024 through 2026. In 2026, the Golden Link Wealth Management Group was also recognized on the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams list.

Outside the office, Jay enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family. A lifelong Pennsylvania resident, he lives in Mechanicsburg and takes great pride in his two children. His son, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, has joined the team at Wells Fargo Advisors, while his daughter, a graduate of St. Francis University, is a teacher at Central Dauphin High School.
