Meet Our Team

Jeffrey Corcoran Glenn, CFP
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™Financial Advisor
I have a process based on the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ standards. The CFP® certification identifies those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board and have successfully completed coursework including financial strategies, insurance planning/risk management, employee/federal benefits, retirement planning and estate planning. I completed this coursework at James Madison University. CFP® certificants also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements. Prior to entering the financial services industry, I earned a B.S. in Engineering from Virginia Tech.
My process starts with a 45minute fit meeting by Zoom or phone so I can learn about your situation and you about my services and their costs. We make no decisions during the first meeting. My team follows up in two days to get your thoughts and propose next steps as appropriate.
All the strategies I offer my clients are first vetted by Wells Fargo Advisors then further vetted by my simple question: would I pick this for myself, my parents, other family or friends?
I don’t work alone, Clark LeMaster provides dedicated first line support for all my clients. He is backed up by six other local Client Associates. Additional key team members include investment strategists, lending specialists, federal benefits consultants, additional CFP professionals focused on areas such as tax and estate planning, CPAs, attorneys and robust compliance oversight for your peace of mind.
I’m a family man and outdoor adventure junkie. My wife and I left Colorado in 2000, got married and picked Roanoke to build a life. Our son was born in 2009. When we’re not out skiing, mountain biking, or hiking we’re together around our back yard fire pit or in the hot tub. In my free time I’m trying to learn to surf and play the drums. I’m blessed with a happy, healthy family.
I’m currently not volunteering much other than for my son’s sports, but I always give when asked. In the past I served as Chairman of the board for the Goodwill Industries of the Valleys, Treasurer for Blue Ridge Off-road Cyclist aka BROC, Snowshoe Ski Team Secretary, and as a tutor for men in the Rescue Mission’s Way Forward Residential Recovery Program. I also gave time to The Ronald McDonald House.
Please call my office to learn more. You can ask us anything.
