Joel Coleman serves as the Managing Director and Market Leader for the Great Lakes Market at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he oversees more than 300 Financial Professionals across 28 branch locations. His market spans key cities including Greater Detroit Area, Milwaukee, Green Bay, Madison, and Grand Rapids, collectively managing over 50 billion in client assets.

With a career that began in 1989 as a Stockbroker, Joel has over three decades of experience in the investment industry. He transitioned into leadership in 1997 and has since built a reputation for empowering Advisors and fostering client-first cultures. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2012, Joel held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley in the Denver metro area, where he led teams through periods of growth and transformation.

With years of success as a Manager and a Financial Advisor, Joel brings a deep understanding of the unique and trusted relationship between Advisors and their clients. His experience has shaped a leadership philosophy rooted in empowerment, integrity, and client-centric service.
