I began my career in 1980 with Prescott, Ball & Turben, Inc. as a Sales Assistant and continued to advance throughout my career as Wire Operator, Operations Manager and Branch Manager of the New Philadelphia office and finally Financial Advisor. In my former role as Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Advisors, I had attained Platinum Council Managers status in 2012. The 2012 Platinum Council Manager (previously Premier Manager) distinction is held by a select group of Managers at Wells Fargo Advisors and reflects a superior level of professional achievement and a steadfast commitment to achieving business objectives. I have over 40 years of experience in helping clients to better understand their financial situations. I review our client portfolios, meet with clients to review their accounts, and help to ensure all their investment needs are met. In my time away from work, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our two daughters, Jessica, Ashley and her husband Andrew and our son Nick and his wife, Anna and their daughter, Nora. We are also active members of Rivertree Christian Church and sponsors of three children through Compassion International.

Leslie Hoover is a Senior Client Service Advocate with 23 years of experience. Leslie’s primary responsibility is to maintain a professional and organized environment. She manages all incoming calls, schedules appointments, and the day-to-day servicing of our clients’ accounts so they receive an elevated level of personal service. Leslie’s job allows her to build a meaningful, professional, and personal relationship with our clients. In her spare time, you can find Leslie cheering on her granddaughter at her softball games, tending to her flower beds, putting puzzles together and enjoys diamond art painting. Leslie cherishes quality time with family.

Lisa has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Miami University and holds her Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations and life insurance licenses. She is a financial advisor with Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC™), Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC™), Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA™), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, and Sports & Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (SE-AWMA™) designations. She has also completed her Master of Science degree in Financial Planning. Wealth management for high net worth clients often involves a holistic familial approach. Such plans are complex, dynamic, and often involve conflicting goals, personalities, and emotions among parties spread far and wide geographically. Continuous training, intent listening, creative problem solving, collaboration with attorneys and accountants, and the team's extraordinary service help her maintain lifelong relationships with multiple generations of client families. Lisa has been recognized on the Forbes' Best-in-State Wealth Advisor^₁ list for years 2018-2024 and has earned the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network Platinum Council² distinction for years 2013-2024. Lisa spearheads the team's client outreach and education initiatives, with a focus on our Premier Client Group.

Lisa lives in Dublin, Ohio, with her husband, Chuck, and their teenage children, Ethan and Charley Kate. They have three beloved cats and their favorite charity to volunteer for is Colony Cats (& Dogs). Their family is always on the go with sports, a large extended family, and a passion for adventure and travel.

Eric has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Dayton and holds his Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations and life insurance licenses. He is also a Series 24 Registered Principal. Eric's work ethic and attention to detail have repeatedly earned him the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network Platinum Council¹ distinction every year for 2007-2024, as well as recognition from Forbes as a Best-In-State Wealth Advisor² for years 2018-2024. We strive to help clients live their best life, and in doing so over the years, we've assisted with and witnessed a clientele migration to all our country's coastal regions along with plenty of places in between. Since our Team's beginning in the early 1990's, spending time with clients in their own homes or place of work has always been the cornerstone of our service commitment, and Eric continues that tradition by traveling all across the country to meet our clientele and their new neighbors they've been kind enough to refer us. He feels that consistent effort and commitment to integrity have always been the building blocks for our solid base of clients, and it's those referrals to client's friends and family that validate that commitment. Eric also spearheads the group's asset management due diligence by holding extensive meetings, interviews, and conference calls with senior management, market strategists, research analysts, mutual fund companies, and annuity firms. He works closely with Wells Fargo Advisors leaders and has served two 2-year terms on their Licensee Advisory Board of Independent Practices in 2012/2013 and again in 2020/2021.

Eric is an Eagle Scout who enjoys and supports outdoor activities and programs, such at the 4Ocean Project. Living on Indian Lake in Russells Point, Ohio, affords Eric the opportunity, along with his wife, Kristen, and their daughters, Maribella and Madeline, to spend much of their free time out on the water—all things boating are family favorites.

Zach comes to us as a graduate from Wright State University with a background in banking, specifically consumer lending (he no longer directly offers these services). Zach is now taking care of the asset side of clients’ balance sheets as a Financial Advisor with us. He credits much of his success to incredible mentors that have shown him the impact of focusing on long-term, comprehensive client relationships. Zach has earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® certification to broaden his industry knowledge. He holds his Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and life insurance licenses. He is also an Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor^SM (ADPA^®). His passion for helping people live their best life and move forward comfortably into retirement is what helps Zach maintain meaningful connections and life-long relationships with clients.

Outside of work, you can find Zach spending time with his husband, Landon, and their pups, Calvin and Simon. Zach and Landon spend most of their time traveling to see friends and family, trying new coffee shops, and playing pickleball.

Brett has a passion for investing and working with others, two qualities that have made him a fantastic fit since joining the team in January 2022. He has an unwavering commitment to putting clients’ interests first and believes in deepening relationships with a friendly, positive attitude.

Brett spent his previous role as a Portfolio Manager, implementing investment strategies to help ensure clients reached their long-term investment goals. During this time, Brett earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification to broaden his industry knowledge. He also holds his FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities registrations, as well as his life insurance licenses. Brett graduated from The Ohio State University in 2016 with Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing. He credits his time there with developing his strong interest in investing.

Brett and his wife, Lauren, have two daughters, Charlotte and Emma. Other than spending time with his growing family, his hobbies include running, golfing, traveling, and cheering on his favorite sports teams (especially the Buckeyes).

Prior to joining our group in 2007, Kasey spent her days being a mom, her nights being a student, and her weekends parenting, studying, and working. She previously worked in inventory management and office administration. Needless to say, she sold us on her juggling skills (no, not literally!). Shortly after joining our group, Kasey obtained her bachelors of science in accounting degree from Wright State University. Then, she went on to obtain Series 7, 24, and 66 securities registrations; and life, accident, and health insurance licenses. Kasey handles all operations for every branch of the practice—from internal management to compliance to client outreach and special projects.

Kasey lives in Butler Township, Dayton, with her husband, Steve, and their sons, Kyle, Xavier and Lukas. Kasey and Steve spend the majority of their spare time indoors and outdoors playing sports, games, or watching movies with their boys at their sides. Their family donates their time and money to the local schools. Kasey also likes to travel, dance, and partake in beer tastings, all of which she looks forward to doing more and more of in the future.

Katelyn serves as the Executive Operations Specialist on our operations team. She came to us with many years of experience in the administrative field. Her attention-to-detail and the ability to make sure the job gets done is where her specialist title came from! She handles a variety of tasks within daily operations for each of our locations. To name a few, she handles compliance needs, contact management, and many special projects. You may also catch her assisting clients or answering the phone at the Bellefontaine office from time-to-time.

Katelyn has been native to Logan County her whole life. She enjoys attending live sports as well as competing in hobby sports such as corn hole and bowling. She is usually very busy entertaining her three young children, Raelyn, Jordyn, and Jaxtyn, as well as her dogs, Luke and Jazzy.

Moe Zayed is an accomplished finance professional with over 8 years of experience in the finance industry and a strong background in management spanning over 9 years. He has held various roles including Banker, Financial Advisor, and Director of Estate Operations before joining our team in 2023. As our Compliance Coordinator, Moe leverages his expertise to manage the daily compliance workload, ensuring adherence to all relevant rules and regulations by monitoring, reviewing, and approving/denying necessary supervisory and compliance materials. His proficiency is demonstrated through his possession of FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, 10, and 99 security registrations, showcasing his commitment to maintaining high standards in financial services.

Originally from Cleveland, Moe relocated to Columbus three years ago with his wife Megan and daughter Sabrina. They are eagerly anticipating the arrival of another child soon. Outside of work, Moe finds joy in fishing and exploring the world with his family, having visited captivating destinations such as Iceland, Jordan, Japan, Korea, Italy, and Spain. He continues to plan more adventures, embracing a well-rounded lifestyle that balances professional excellence with enriching personal experiences.
