Hyeon Kang has dedicated his career to guiding ultra-affluent clients in deploying, growing, stewarding, and transferring their wealth effectively. With over 20 years of experience in wealth management and investing, Hyeon advises institutional investors, nonprofits, business owners, senior executives, entrepreneurs, and multi-generational families on navigating the opportunities and challenges of significant wealth. 

Deeply immersed in the capital markets, Hyeon is a Wells Fargo Advisors Private Investment Management (PIM®) Portfolio Manager*— a distinction reserved for a select group of advisors who are rigorously vetted to manage discretionary portfolios. As a PIM Portfolio Manager, he undergoes ongoing quantitative and qualitative reviews to ensure the integrity and performance of his investment strategies. Hyeon’s expertise spans market analysis, risk assessment, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and security selection. He tailors each investment strategy to align with his clients’ goals, time horizons, and priorities, including future cash-flow needs, wealth transfer objectives, and tax considerations.

Hyeon joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2025, following over a decade as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch, a role he held since 2015. Earlier in his career, he gained extensive experience at Morgan Stanley, where he also served as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President. 

His extensive experience is complemented by the tenure and trust of his long-standing team—many of whom have worked together for more than 20 years. Hyeon believes that continuity and consistency form the foundation of an exceptional client experience, and he takes pride in leading a cohesive team with a culture of diligence, care, and collaboration dedicated to exceeding client expectations.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Hyeon earned both his undergraduate degree and MBA, and was a member of the nationally ranked UW Men’s Soccer program. Passionate about giving back, he supports a number of philanthropic organizations, including Union Gospel, World Vision, Mercy Ships, Medical Teams International, Timberlake Church, and Hungry Church.

Hyeon and his wife, Marla, cherish time with their three children and remain deeply committed to faith, family, and community.

Larry Dime is Senior Vice President – Investments, Senior Financial Advisor and Senior PIM® Portfolio Manager* with the Kang, Dime, Tran, Osborne Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. He brings more than 30 years of experience to the families, business owners, and professionals he serves. Throughout his career, Larry has built a reputation for delivering comprehensive investment planning and disciplined investment management tailored to each client’s unique goals. Grounded in integrity, personal service, and enduring relationships, his approach has earned the trust of high-net-worth individuals seeking thoughtful, long-term guidance.

Before entering the financial services industry, Larry developed a foundation of leadership through management roles at Burlington Northern Transport, Triton Container International, and Caffè Acorto. His progression through increasingly responsible positions strengthened his strategic thinking and client-service mindset—skills that continue to guide his work today.

Larry transitioned into financial services in 1995 with the Dean Witter Group and later advanced to Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley in 2015. He continues to bring his experience and commitment to excellence to help clients navigate every stage of their financial lives.

Larry’s areas of focus include investment planning, estate planning, and pre-retirement strategies. He is passionate about helping clients build, preserve and transition their wealth with confidence. His philosophy centers on education, transparency, and understanding what clients value most.

Larry graduated from Bellevue College and attended Seattle University’s Albers School of Business. He values lifelong learning and active engagement in his community.

Outside the office, he enjoys golf, travel, and participating in activities within his church. Larry and his wife, Paula, have two grown children. They have lived in Redmond, Washington, for more than two decades, enjoying an active and fulfilling life surrounded by family and friends.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Joe Osborne helps individuals, families, and business owners navigate the complexities of wealth management with clarity and confidence.

Joe began his career as a Field Representative for the Teamsters Pension Plan before moving to Merrill Lynch, where he moved into the role of Financial Advisor and Vice President. His experience across both institutional and private wealth settings has shaped his holistic approach to financial guidance—one rooted in education, trust, and long-term partnership. 

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Joe graduated from the University of Washington in 2008. He entered the investment profession out of a passion for financial education and a desire to help clients gain financial literacy. He takes pride in helping to empower clients to make informed decisions that align with their goals and values.

Joe focuses on optimizing tax strategies, managing investments, and developing tailored asset allocation plans. His clients appreciate his ability to simplify complex financial concepts, creating strategies that foster confidence. Guided by his belief that “if an investment keeps you up at night, it isn’t worth it,” Joe strives to help clients build balanced, enduring wealth strategies they can feel good about.

A lifelong resident of Kirkland, Washington, Joe and his wife are raising their son in the same community he has called home for over three decades. Outside the office, he’s an avid motorcyclist, hiker, backpacker, golfer, and music enthusiast. Deeply connected to the Pacific Northwest, Joe also gives back through volunteer work with Housing Hope.

Kevin Ki is a Senior Client Associate with the Kang Dime Tran Osborne Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, where he brings two years of financial services experience supported by nearly two decades in high-touch, detail-oriented client service roles. Known for his responsiveness, thoroughness, and genuine commitment to client care, Kevin plays an essential part in helping to deliver the smooth, dependable service the team is known for.

Before entering financial services, Kevin spent 17 years as a Technical Recruiter and an additional year as a Technical Recruiting Manager—developing a skill set rooted in attentive listening, precision, and consistent follow-through. He built his career with organizations including Volt Technical Resources, Protingent Staffing, Electric Mirror, and Fresh Consulting. Kevin later transitioned into wealth management at Merrill Lynch, where he served as a Wealth Management Client Associate for two years before joining Wells Fargo Advisors.

In his current role, Kevin supports clients with everything from money movement requests to new account openings and day-to-day service needs. Clients appreciate his quick response times, his willingness to take calls even outside of standard business hours, and the care he takes to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately. Detail-oriented and proactive, Kevin makes it a priority to fully understand each client’s request so he can deliver service that meets—and often exceeds—their expectations.

Kevin graduated from the University of Washington in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and golf, and volunteering with outreach programs through Seattle Community Church. He and his wife, married in 2010, live in Lynnwood, Washington, where they are raising their two daughters.
