Meet The Team

Kingsland W. Bland is a seasoned financial advisor with nearly three decades of experience helping individuals, families, and businesses pursue their financial goals. As a Managing Director - Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors, Kingsland is deeply committed to preserving and growing wealth while fostering long-term relationships with his clients.

A South Carolina native, Kingsland attended Woodberry Forest for high school.  He began his career shortly after graduating from Wofford College with a B.A. in Business Economics and has been with Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessor firms since 1996.  Kingsland holds life insurance and FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations and has been recognized as a Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors in 2024 and 2025.

Kingsland specializes in working with individual clients, business owners, and multi-generational families, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes. His approach is grounded in a deep understanding of his clients’ unique needs and a passion for delivering thoughtful, strategic guidance.

He is actively involved in his community and has previously served on the boards of the Trident Area Agency on Aging and the Charleston County Medical Society. He is a member of the Country Club of Charleston, James Island Yacht Club, and St. Michael’s Church.

Outside of work, Kingsland enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, but his greatest joy comes from spending time with his family. He lives in Charleston with his wife, Rebie. Their son, Kingsland Jr., lives and works in Savannah, while their daughter, Marlee, lives and works in Charleston.

Tanshe Caldwell, Senior Registered Client Associate earned a B. S. in Mathematics with minor in Chemistry from Winthrop University. She began her career in financial services in 1994 and has been with Wells Fargo Advisors for 26 years. She is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships through excellent customer service. She prides herself on her acute attention to details and customer satisfaction makes her an integral part of her financial advisors’ team.

Tanshe currently resides in Columbia, SC. When she is not working, Tanshe enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and volunteering with children and senior initiative in the community.

Adela C. Coffey is a proud member of our team, serving as a dedicated Registered Client Associate. Known for her precision, professionalism, and client-first mindset, Adela plays a key role in supporting brokerage operations and ensuring seamless client experiences.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wofford College and she currently holds insurance licenses as well as her FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 securities registrations. Prior to joining our team in 2025, Adela worked at Raymond James and Associates as a Client Service Associate, where she gained valuable experience in client support and financial services.

Adela is a Charleston native currently living in Mt. Pleasant. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the water with family and friends, skiing, and cheering on the Wofford Terriers.
