I am the co-founder of The Kopitz Unger Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, and I have over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. I created The Kopitz Unger Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors with Senior Vice President-Investments, Vicki Unger, a former Managing Director of JP Morgan Private Bank, with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Together we have over four decades of experience providing investment advice. The Kopitz Unger Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors focuses on high net worth individuals, business owners, and retirement plans for private corporations. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, I was with Smith Barney, then Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills. Previously, I worked for 15 years in sales and marketing at AT&T.

I am an active member of the community. I served on the Board of Directors of the King Harbor Youth Foundation, and I am a former Director of Manhattan Country Club.  I have managed Little League baseball teams for over ten years. I am a certified ski instructor and team captain of several USTA men’s tennis teams. I am a former Calcutta tennis champion at MCC.

My education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester and a Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University. I have been named as a Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council Advisor* from 2020-2021.  I became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® in 1998 and continue to hold that title. 

The Platinum Council distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by one or more of the following: completion of educational components, business production from the previous year, and professionalism. Additional consideration may have included best practices and team structure.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and federally registered CFP (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.

I am a Financial Consultant, Senior Vice President-Investments and co-founder of The Kopitz Unger Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, which provides wealth management to individuals, private companies and foundations. I formed The Kopitz Unger Group with David Kopitz, Senior Vice President – Investments, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ^TM professional, to provide highly personalized investment management to our clients utilizing Wells Fargo Advisor’s global platform.  I have over 30 years of experience in wealth management and have worked with some of New York and Los Angeles’ most prominent families, philanthropists and private companies. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, I was a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley and a Managing Director at JP Morgan.

As the creator of a series of intimate salons called “Pearls of Wisdom”, I have educated hundreds of investors, coached leaders and have formed and led numerous peer advisory groups for entrepreneurs and philanthropists.

I am also a professionally trained Chapter Chair and facilitator for two chapters of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO).  The WPO is an international membership organization for women presidents and CEOs of multi-million dollar companies who want to accelerate the growth of their businesses.

Passionate about philanthropy, I am active in the non-profit world.  I was on the Board of Directors of Friends of Sheba Medical Center, the largest medical center in the Middle East and am now the Advisor to Sheba 2.0 Young Leadership.  I also served on the advisory board of the Everychild Foundation, which gives a $1 million grant annually to organizations that serve underprivileged children in Los Angeles. I am a former director of several other non-profits such as   the Wonder of Reading, Growing Great, and Big Sisters of Los Angeles.

In 2023, I was selected as a Woman of Achievement by the Century City Chamber of Commerce.

I received a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Distinction from the University of Rochester and attended Harvard University my junior year as a Visiting Undergraduate Student.  I was raised and educated in Los Angeles and Paris, France. I am fluent in French and Spanish.
