Gary is active in both business and civic life in St. Louis. He has been a 3 time consecutive Past Master of St. Louis Missouri Lodge #1, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons. Since 2004 through the present, he has served as Director of the Photography staff of Moolah Shrine. The duties of the position involve memorializing and archiving the events and activities of Moolah Shrine in the St. Louis area. In addition to these activities, he enjoys learning about new and exciting subjects that may have an impact on the future of his business and the world. He also spends much of his off time riding his motorcycles, practicing his hobby of photography, reading, physical training, travel, the pursuit of diverse culinary experiences, and sipping fine scotch.
Gary is originally from Los Angeles, CA but he found his way to the Midwest initially through education, but stayed after finding a job, which then turned into a career and his passion.
Gary has a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Chemistry from Tulane University. Experiencing the West Coast, New Orleans, and finally the Midwest, he has a diverse educational, geographical, and cultural background. This background, as well as his interest in helping and educating people, led to first a job, then a career, within the financial industry.
Gary started in the financial industry in 1988 with A.G. Edwards and Sons, Inc., a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors. Gary took an early interest in the process of investment analysis and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in September 2001. The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is regarded by most to be the key certification for investment professionals, especially in the areas of research and portfolio management.
Jordan Callahan
Financial Advisor
Jordan Callahan is a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors. He works with a select group of individuals, families, executives and business owners across the country. He builds comprehensive investment strategies to help support his clients’ lifestyles and leave a legacy. In addition to investment management, Jordan is passionate about working with his clients in all aspects of their financial picture. He incorporates their retirement, tax and estate planning objectives into the portfolios he manages, while leveraging the comprehensive resources of Wells Fargo & Company.
Jordan and his wife Sierra grew up in the St. Louis area. They have two children, Hudson and Nolan. When he is not at the office you can find him spending time with his family, playing tennis and reading history.
Jordan holds the Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses, as well as Missouri Life and Health Insurance license.

Matthew D. Peters
Financial Consultant
Born and raised in Sedalia, MO, Matthew grew up valuing the importance of faith, family, friends and community. While in school, Matthew worked for a small Sedalia based funeral home, in which he served clients of diverse needs and backgrounds. It was in this role that he developed his adaptive, empathetic, client-focused approach to service. This client-focused approach is what led Matthew to his career in the financial services industry.
In 2008, Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He then moved to St Louis and immediately began his first role as a Retirement Consultant and Plan Specialist. He grew to hold other valuable roles, including coaching Financial Advisors as a Business Development Consultant, and developing and maintaining financial product education and marketing collateral as a Product Manager. Throughout his 14 year career, Matthew has had the opportunity to build and practice his wealth and investment knowledge across many facets of the financial industry. Matthew holds the Series 7, 66 and 24 registrations.
Matthew is the proud husband to his wife, Colleen. Together they enjoy spending time with family and friends, planning exciting trip itineraries, visiting restaurants, enjoying cocktails, relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks, traveling back to Sedalia for the Missouri State Fair, and exploring fun activities around St Louis and other destinations.
Matthew understands the importance of having an experienced team of financial professionals working specifically for the client to assist them in addressing all aspects of their customized financial picture. Kent Bettale

Kent is a lifelong St. Louisan with long and strong roots in the community. Over the years, he has held leadership roles in parish and residential community organizations. Kent spends his off time enjoying playing baseball in the St. Louis Forever Baseball League, bowling, and hiking through Missouri and Arkansas with his wife Jacqueline. They have two daughters with families also in St. Louis.
Kent has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in the Management of Technology, both from Washington University in St. Louis. He has a diverse work and managerial history, which has crossed many aspects within the aerospace, sales, and industrial fields. His interest in work that focused on problem solving led him to a final career change to the financial industry.
Kent joined the financial industry as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones in 2010, followed by servicing clients at Waddell & Reed from 2012 through 2019. He specializes in investment planning to help clients reach their personal and retirement goals. Kent sold his practice to his business partners as part of his planned career move to Wells Fargo Advisors as a licensed assistant.
