Christopher Snively, MBA, CFP
Managing Principal
The financial industry has been part of Christopher Snively’s life since he was just a kid buying stocks with his yardwork and car washing money. His father, John Snively, worked in the industry for 34 years. With his interest piqued, Chris started as a financial advisor in 2004 working in Ormond Beach and later, Lake Mary. He and Wendy Kanters-Smith have now worked together for more than 21 years all the while being affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network and its associated firms.
Chris recently opened his own office in Longwood in 2023 with the goal of continuing to financially see clients through each of life’s chapters for generations to come. Chris is passionate about finding opportunities to assure clients that their assets are working hard for them, not just sitting idle. Whether they are looking to grow wealth, plan for income in retirement or preserve and transition wealth to the next generation, he can offer financial strategies designed to help clients meet their goals.
Chris has a master’s degree in finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Miami. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional; Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 Securities Registered; and a Life, Health and Annuity Licensed Agent.
Chris has been married to his wife, Mary-Jo, for 30 years. They have two grown children, Aidan and Dayle. They reside in Longwood and both have called Seminole County home for almost 50 years. When he isn’t at work, you can find Chris at the pool swimming with the Patriot Aquatics Masters team or otherwise enjoying the beautiful Florida outdoors.

As a Senior Registered Client Associate, Wendy is often the first point of contact at Latus Wealth Management®. Wendy truly loves helping people and enjoys building a close business relationship with clients and their families. She takes great pride in providing the highest level of service and strives to continually exceed expectations. Wendy is skilled at taking the often-complex documents associated with financial transactions and investments and making the process as easy as possible.
Wendy and her husband Scott have been together for 13 years and call Lake County home. Combined they have four adult children and one granddaughter. In their free time they enjoy water skiing on Lake Eustis and planning their next travel adventure.
