Leland M. Crawford, CIMA ®, Managing Director – Investments, specializes in the advising on assets for individuals, corporations, pension plans, foundations, and charitable remainder trusts. He joined Prudential Bache, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors in 1982.

As a member of Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), Leland holds the distinctive CIMA® designation, developed jointly by IMCA and the faculty at The Wharton Business School. Leland’s CIMA® training complements his existing knowledge of the U.S.A. and world-wide financial markets.

Leland’s practice reflects his experience and investment philosophy, which is systematic, disciplined and comprehensive in approach. Fundamental to him is helping his clients understand their investment portfolios and guiding them as they seek their financial goals. Leland maintains a very open, accessible client-advisor working relationship.

Raised in Santa Barbara, Leland settled in Sacramento after graduating with honors from the University of California, Davis, where he majored in Economics. Upon graduation, he traveled around the world, and when living in Australia, played semi-professional basketball. Subsequent to his basketball “career”, Leland returned to Sacramento to accept an offer with the firm where he had once interned, a firm which has been acquired twice and is now known as Wells Fargo Advisors.

Leland's wife, Stacey, works with him at the firm. His daughter, Sophia, works in San Francisco for a technology company. When not in the office, Leland pursues his interest in basketball, books, food and wine, art, and the ocean.

Stacey Leung-Crawford is a Senior Registered Client Associate and Officer with Wells Fargo Advisors in Sacramento, CA. She has more than 25 years of investment experience, encompassing client best practices, client retention, branch administration, and portfolio development. Her philosophy calls for a rational, disciplined approach with planning, savings and investments. She believes in keeping clients committed to their long or short-term financial goals and to not fear the chaotic swings in the financial markets. 

As a financial advisor, Stacey focused on investment planning for individuals and small business owners. She also worked in management as Branch Administrator before teaming exclusively with Leland Crawford. Now part-time, Stacey focuses solely on Leland’s practice as a Senior Registered Client Associate, assisting with research, special projects, and business management. 

She holds her Series 7, 63, 65, and CA Insurance licenses, as well as her CIMA ® (Certified Investment Management Analyst designation) from University of Chicago’s Booth Business School. Stacey has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master of Science Degree from the London School of Economics. A former adjunct professor at Sacramento City College and docent at the Crocker Art Museum, Stacey enjoys her free time supporting the arts, athletics, golf and literacy.

Frank Rockwell returns to the Sacramento region after working in San Francisco, CA and graduating from Cal Poly (California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management. Frank’s professional licenses include a Series 7, Series 66 and CA Life Insurance license. He plays a critical role with our clients, assisting them with investment service, operational, and administrative needs.

When outside of the office and not following the financial markets, Frank’s interests include food, fashion, and sports. He’s a big fan and player of basketball, football, and golf - - and when not playing a game, he enjoys quality time with his wife Emma and time with his family, discovering Sacramento's hidden treasures and special venues. Back at the office, Frank is known for providing each client with a superior client experience.
