We serve individuals and businesses in all areas of investment planning, including:
Planning for Retirement
If you're like most people, securing a comfortable retirement is near the top of your financial priorities. Whether you're an individual seeking tax-deferred growth or a business owner wanting to offer employees an attractive benefit without jeopardizing the company's bottom line, we can help you navigate the complex choices available to you. We offer assistance with a comprehensive array of retirement plans, including IRAs and IRA rollovers, self-directed IRAs and rollovers, Roth IRAs and conversions, Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) plans and Keogh plans, SIMPLE plans for small businesses, and 401(k), pension, and profit-sharing plans.
Believe it or not, an aspect of retirement planning often overlooked is an understanding of how much annual income likely awaits you at retirement and whether that amount matches your expectations. We can help you determine which retirement income strategies may help you reach your needs and goals - whether you hope to have access to a lifelong income stream; maintain flexibility and control of the principal; have opportunities to grow the principal or increase the income; or have enough income to last the rest of your life.
Retirement Income Planning
We can help you review or develop an estate plan to simplify the transfer of your estate after death. Proper estate planning utilizes lifetime gifts and trusts to potentially reduce your estate tax liability. We can work with you and your other professional advisors - including your CPA and attorney - to develop a strategy that is most appropriate for your circumstances. By taking steps today to review your will and estate documents with your professional advisors, you could protect your heirs from substantial delays, fees and taxes. Level Partners does not provide legal or tax advice. Be sure to consult with your own tax and legal advisors before taking any action that could have tax consequences. Any estate plan should be reviewed by an attorney who specializes in estate planning and is licensed to practice law in your state.
Estate Planning Strategies
Making sure your wealth continues to work in support of the goals you have established takes careful planning. Such planning is not a single event - it is a process. As your life circumstances change, so must the investment strategies we use to stay on course toward meeting your objectives. That is why we work with you, one on one, to design investment strategies targeted to your specific needs and goals. Although we do not provide tax advice, we will help you stay current with tax law changes and estate plan issues to help preserve your wealth - now and for generations to come.

Retirement Plan Services for Businesses and Executives
Although we offer traditional brokerage accounts, we believe that fee-based account management focuses on the long-term benefits of your financial strategy. We offer a variety of money-management programs in which a quarterly fee, assessed in advance, based on the assets in your account replaces traditional commission fees. Because we are paid a percentage of the value of the assets in your account, we have a personal stake in your investment success. Through these programs, we can help you develop a portfolio that balances your needs for safety, growth and current income, and we will review your portfolio's performance quarterly, semiannually or annually. Fee-based programs are not designed for excessively traded or inactive accounts, so they may not be right for you. Please carefully review the Wells Fargo Advisors advisory disclosure document for a full description of our services, including fees and expenses. During periods of lower trading activity, your costs might be lower if our compensation were based on commissions.
