Lisa Ragland is a Private Wealth Financial Advisor located in Dallas, TX with more than 25 years of experience in financial services. In her work with high-net-worth clients, Lisa is passionate about wealth planning and building long-term, trusted relationships to help enhance their financial well-being. She assists them in effectively managing their wealth, first by identifying each client’s unique goals and then by coordinating a team of specialists to implement custom, comprehensive wealth plans to help accomplish those goals. On the path to helping a client achieve their financial objectives, Lisa views her role as serving as an integral member of a client’s advisory team in every step of the way.

Lisa values working with a small group of clients in order to provide a curated experience to help align their goals across multiple generations. As an organization that strives to put the client first, Wells Fargo Advisors has formalized approaches to both the art and science aspects of the wealth management journey.

Lisa resides in University Park, TX, with her husband, Rod. Their daughter, Natalie, works for a Fortune 500 company in Dallas and Chicago, and their son, Nick, is a CPA in Dallas. In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling with her husband, and they both prioritize wellness in their daily lives.

Mrs. Ragland earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jaime Dominguez is a Senior Client Associate with nearly two decades of experience delivering exceptional client service and cultivating long‑term relationships. In his role at Wells Fargo Advisors, Jaime serves as a trusted partner to clients, prioritizing proactive communication and a consistently high‑touch service experience.

His earlier work with major financial institutions established a strong foundation in client engagement, team development, and service strategy execution. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Jaime has been deeply involved in community initiatives, including diversity leadership, nonprofit support, and advocacy efforts—reflecting his commitment to meaningful impact and fostering inclusive communities.

Shari Ellington is a senior wealth strategist within Wells Fargo Bank in the Wealth and Investment Management located in Dallas/Fort Worth. Shari works with clients to help develop wealth plans and implement solutions based on a thorough understanding of their personal values, wealth transfer goals, and vision for their legacy.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Shari worked as a Director of a family office leading their planning practice for three and a half years. Prior to that position, she was a senior wealth planning strategist for Wells Fargo Private Bank for six years and practiced as an attorney for four and a half years where she specialized in estate planning and probate and federal income tax and business planning (not currently practicing). She has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years.

Shari earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master in Professional Accounting in Taxation from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. She holds the Certified Public Accountant, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® professional designations.

Chris Chandler is a senior private wealth portfolio manager and managing director with Wells Fargo Bank. As part of the team, Chris serves individuals, families, endowments and foundations by building portfolios to help them meet their investment objectives while helping to reduce risk.

Located in Dallas, Chris manages portfolios for some of Wells Fargo Bank’s largest clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and several other states. Traveling to spend time with and advise his clients is what he enjoys the most about his work as he helps them preserve and grow their wealth.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Chris worked at J.P. Morgan Private Bank for 24 years, where he held several investment leadership positions. He has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from East Central University in his hometown of Ada, Oklahoma.

Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. They are active in their church, schools and community. Chris just completed a four-year appointment as trustee for the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System.

Dana Van Brunt is a senior philanthropic advisor and executive director with Wells Fargo Bank Wealth & Investment Management. Dana serves the following areas in the Central division: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Wells Fargo Bank’s Philanthropic Services helps charitable individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations work toward their unique goals by providing specialized advisory services.

Dana works with individuals and families to define and help achieve their charitable objectives as part of their overall wealth plans. This may include gift and tax planning, multi-generational planning, reviewing estate plans, and the creation and management of donor advised funds, private foundations, charitable trusts, and other charitable planning strategies. She also works extensively with nonprofit organizations, where she advises in the areas of gift planning, endowment management, board governance, and other management issues. Dana collaborates with clients and their other advisors to leverage their resources to help maximize the impact of their philanthropy.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Dana served as Director of Donor Relations at DePelchin Children’s Center and Director of Leadership Giving and Advancement at Plan International USA, where she worked closely with individuals and families to align their philanthropic goals with high-impact initiatives. Before working in the philanthropic sector, Dana was an Ultra High Net Worth Banker at Citi Private Bank in New York focusing on helping clients navigate complex wealth scenarios.

Dana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Vassar College and has received education from the 21/64 program in multigenerational philanthropic advising, facilitation, and next generation management. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, cooking, and spending time with family. A New Jersey native, Dana now lives in Cypress, TX with her husband and two young children.

Dan is a Lead Wealth Investment Portfolio Manager with the Fixed Income Strategies Team (FIST), a unit within Managed Solutions (MS). MS is a division of Wells Fargo Investment Institute, Inc (WFII). In addition to FIST, the MS team manages investment products and services that included Equity Optimization, Option Strategies, and Social Impact Investing (SII).

Dan serves the southern region and is responsible for managing customized portfolios for clients with both taxable and tax-sensitive objectives. His clients include high net worth individuals, trusts, foundations, and public entities. He has more than 30 years of experience in the fixed income markets. Additionally, Dan manages the fixed income portion of SII portfolios for clients in the southern region. Dan also services on FIST’s international fixed income strategy working group.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Dan was fixed income specialist for Columbia Management and U.S. Trust, both Banking of America related entities. Dan also working in the institutional fixed income division of Morgan Stanley for 15 years.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of North Texas and has obtained the Certified Financial Planner designation.

With over 20 years of financial advisory experience, Mahesh Rao is a business owner advisory strategist with Wells Fargo. Mahesh is part of a national Business Owner Advisory team dedicated to advising and preparing business owners for a successful ownership transition through comprehensive evaluation of their available options. Mahesh offers in-depth insight and advice based on his 13 years of investment banking experience.

Mahesh spent 4 years in business valuation and management of closely-held business interests in trusts and estates. He then spent time in Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Bank, and later in Business Sales & Advisory, where he was a managing director responsible for helping business owners sell their privately held companies.

Mahesh earned a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, as well as undergraduate and graduate degrees in Aerospace Engineering from N.C. State University. Mahesh has been awarded the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of North Carolina.

He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters who share his love of travel.

Lisa Synder is a senior private wealth portfolio manager located in the Denver Wells Fargo Private Bank office. Lisa works with clients to design and build custom portfolios that help them meet their investment objectives while managing risk.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Lisa worked at Denver Investments, where she was most recently Portfolio Manager in Wealth Management. Lisa also spent over seven years at Denver Investments as a analyst and co-portfolio manager in institutional Fixed Income. She began her financial services career over 25 years ago at a single family office serving an ultra-high-net worth family.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, a member of the CFA Institute, and a prior board member of the CFA Society of Colorado.

Lisa is an active member of the community with a focus on literacy and education. She enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and is an avid reader. Lisa lives in Arapahoe County with her husband, Jason, and has twin sons in college.
