Logan DeVicente, CFP

Logan DeVicente works with his clients to help build, manage, preserve, and transition wealth. Wealth in this case is comprised of not only investing, but also includes liability management, risk management through insurance and additional asset preservation strategies, and estate investment planning strategies.

Logan has worked at Wells Fargo Advisors for over 15 years, holding producing managerial positions for over 8 of those years. Prior to working at Wells Fargo Advisors, he was an internal auditor at Raymond James Financial. He has an undergraduate degree in Computer and Information Sciences as well as a Master’s degree from the University of Florida and a Certified Financial Planner. Logan is dedicated to his community and is a strong believer in giving back. He has served on multiple non-profit boards and is involved with the St. Petersburg History Museum, Leadership St. Pete, Preserve the Burg, Pioneer Park Foundation, Great Explorations Children Museum and currently serves as the President of the St. Petersburg Waterfront Parks Foundation.

Logan and his wife of 16 years are natives of Tampa Bay and have two daughters, a son, and a coonhound.

Jackie Messado

Jackie Messado is a Registered Client Associate for Wells Fargo Advisors in Tampa, Florida. In her role, she supports Financial Advisors by fostering personalized and meaningful connections with clients.  This client-centric approach helps strengthen relationships and trust between clients and the firm, contributing not only to asset retention but also to the cultivation of long-term, multigenerational client relationships

With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Jackie began her career after earning a degree in International Affairs from Florida State University. She started as a Personal Banker at Wachovia Bank/Wells Fargo Bank and later transitioned into Wealth Management.  Her deep industry knowledge and commitment to client service led her to rejoin Wells Fargo Advisors in 2024.  Jackie holds several Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities registrations, including Series 6,63,65 and 7.

Jackie has been happily married to her husband, Sean, for 15 years.  They are proud parents of two daughters, Gabrielle (13) and Aulani (10), and share their home with Bella, their beloved 8-year-old beagle.  Outside of work, Jackie enjoys baking, traveling, and planning memorable events—activities that reflect her creativity and sociable nature, and further enhance her ability to connect with clients and colleagues on a personal level.

Debra Faulk is a senior philanthropic trust advisory specialist and executive director with Wells Fargo Bank within the Wealth & Investment Management division. She serves Florida and Georgia in the Southeast division. Wells Fargo Bank’s Philanthropic Services helps charitable individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations work toward their unique goals by providing specialized advisory services.

Ms. Faulk works with individuals and families to define and help achieve their charitable objectives as part of their overall wealth plans. This may include gift and tax planning, multi-generational planning, reviewing estate plans, and the creation and management of donor advised funds, private foundations, charitable trusts, and other charitable planning strategies. She also works extensively with nonprofit organizations, where she advises in the areas of gift planning, endowment management, board governance, and other management issues. Debra collaborates with her clients and their other advisors to leverage their resources to help maximize the impact of their philanthropy.

Before joining Wells Fargo Bank in 2011, Ms. Faulk served as a community affairs officer in Florida where she focused on the company’s strategic philanthropy, civic engagement, and volunteerism. In 2016, she was recruited to her current role as a philanthropic advisor, first in Florida and then Georgia, Alabama, and Louisiana. Working in the social sector for more than 25 years, Ms. Faulk’s professional experience includes CEO of a nonprofit public charity, public relations consultant, small business owner, and retail executive.

Ms. Faulk earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Master of Mass Communication from University of Florida; Master of Public Administration and Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from University of South Florida; and Graduate Certificate in Charitable Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. She holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation from The American College of Financial Services and has completed the BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer program, Institute for Educational Leadership Education Policy Fellowship program, and Leadership Florida Education Program.

Ms. Faulk serves on the Jewish Federation & Foundation of Northeast Florida Foundation Advisory Committee and volunteers with their Women's Philanthropy LEAD program in addition to volunteering with other community groups. She has walked more than 800 miles in events throughout the United States to raise funds for breast cancer treatment and research.

Candace Marshall

Candace Marshall is a senior fiduciary strategist and executive director with Wells Fargo Bank’s Wealth & Investment Management division located in Winter Park, Florida, with more than 42 years of experience in financial services. Candace works with clients to integrate fiduciary and investment knowledge into each client’s custom wealth plan to help grow and preserve assets, while working toward the client’s overall wealth goals.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Mrs. Marshall worked at SunTrust Bank (merged with Branch Banking & Trust into Truist) for 28 years, where she was a senior client manager and trust officer. Mrs. Marshall has worked at Wells Fargo Bank for 13 years as a senior fiduciary advisory specialist and philanthropic specialist. She holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation and the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation.

Mrs. Marshall is a board member and finance chair for the Florida College System Foundation. She is also a member of the Florida Bankers Association Trust Executive Committee and is a board member of the Florida Bankers Educational Foundation.

Mrs. Marshall lives in Orange City with her husband and is a mother to one grown daughter and has one granddaughter. She and her husband enjoy spending time on their boat, deep sea fishing, and she enjoys spending time with family, crafting and reading. Candace and her husband also share their time with their four dogs, Diesel, Sassy, Marshal and Scooby, and their two cats, Tigger and June Bug.
