For over 30 years, Vincent has built his career by providing the highest level of advice and integrity to help clients achieve their financial goals.  He creates and implements customized investment plans and portfolios, with an additional focus on risk management and income producing strategies.  As a Private Wealth Financial Advisor, Vincent and his team enjoy access to a network of specialists through Wells Fargo affiliates in the areas of: Estate Planning Strategies, Legacy Planning, Tax Planning Strategies, Risk Management and Charitable Giving.  With these strategic services and resources, Vincent can provide his clients with comprehensive and up-to-date solutions for their various needs.

Vincent graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1986 and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business with a focus in Finance.  He holds multiple professional designations including CIMA ®, Series 7 and 63 FINRA registrations, and is insurance-licensed in multiple states.

Vincent resides in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA and cherishes his time with his wife and two children.  He enjoys golf, tennis, and pickleball.

Cliff specializes in comprehensive planning and asset management for families, individuals and businesses.  He enjoys working with clients to develop strategies for their needs, including retirement income management and tax and estate planning.  Because each client’s financial situation is unique and often complex, he works closely with their attorneys, accountants and other professionals to provide education, design customized strategies and coordinate their implementation.

Cliff graduated with honors from Harvard University in 2004 with a degree in Economics.  He brings a diverse set of experiences, having not only worked over 15 years in the finance and real estate industry, but also as a restaurant entrepreneur and a world-ranked tennis professional.  He holds Series 7, 63 and 65 FINRA registrations, and is insurance-licensed in multiple states.

Cliff resides in Venice, CA and he enjoys outdoor activities and all racquet sports, including tennis, pickleball and paddle.

Michelle Flam is passionate about client service and helping clients with their unique needs.  She brings over 15 years of experience working in the financial industry.  As part of our team, she is responsible for team administrative duties and client relationship management.  She guides clients through the onboarding process, initiates and reviews account distributions and transfers, and helps with general day-to-day client account management.  

Outside of work, Michelle and her husband reside in Hollyglen, CA, and they enjoy cheering on their son Jackson at his various baseball and soccer competitions.  Michelle has an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University and holds Series 7, 63, 65 and insurance licenses.
