Tony is a Managing Director – Investments Officer, Senior Private Investment Portfolio Manager, an awardee of the firm’s Platinum Council (2019 – 2023) and the founding leader of the Maddelina Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.  Tony serves as the lead advisor and is responsible for managing client portfolios and his team’s resources.

The Platinum Council distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by one or more of the following: completion of educational components, business production from the previous year, and professionalism. Additional consideration may have included best practices and team structure. Tony is also a Senior PIM Portfolio Manager, which is a designation held by less than 10 percent of the Wells Fargo Financial Advisors worldwide; based upon stringent criteria, including portfolio management experience, advanced training, and ethics exams.

With more than 2 decades of experience in the wealth management industry, Tony has worked with ultra-affluent clients throughout his career to help them deploy, grow, steward and transfer their wealth effectively.  Closely attuned to the capital markets, Tony directs the team’s investment management initiatives, including oversight of a proprietary investment program with a long-term track record.  His areas of focus include market evaluation and outlook, risk assessment, asset allocation and portfolio design.  He customizes clients’ investment offerings to reflect their unique preferences, time horizons and priorities, including future cash-flow needs and wealth transfer objectives.  He accomplishes this by taking the time to get to know each one of his clients, as well as their families and their interests so he can understand what matters most to them.  Regular conversations with each client also alerts him and his team to any realignment needed or new goals being set.

Tony is known for his calm demeanor, which can be attributed to his experience in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator on the USS Baltimore Submarine, SSN-704, as well as his studies in economics and health care administration.  This depth of experience, unwavering resolve and integrity make a significant difference with his clients, especially during times of market volatility as well as during unforeseen client life events.

Rhonda is a Financial Advisor and founding member of the Maddelina Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.  She is responsible for relationship management coordination and coverage for all new and existing clients, as well as customized investment plans. 

She works to ensure that clients have both a seamless transition to the firm, as well as a dedicated point of contact for service issues.  With over 20 years of experience in client relations, management and operations from Fortune 50 corporations to running her own business, she brings a significant wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team that is rare in the financial industry.  She is instrumental in gathering, synthesizing and analyzing client information, enabling her to create customized investment plans, in the context of a client’s overall goals and objectives.  Working with Senior Financial Advisor, founding member and husband Tony Maddelina, as well as Client Associate, Amanda Emmet-Vincich, she focuses on providing Financial Strategy Action Plans for unexpected life events.  She has also developed a world-class service model for our clients and leverages her broad-based business expertise to our team, as well as planning client events and informative seminars.  

She is known for her well-rounded life experiences having lived in Europe and throughout the east coast from Maine to Florida, which also helps her serve clients’ complex planning needs.  Being a wife and mother, she is passionate about helping women and families plan for their future and working through the challenges of unexpected life events.

Background and experience

Amanda brings 10 years of extensive financial services experience to the Maddelina Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. She also brings a love for people and willingness to learn as she is beginning her third year as a Client Associate with Wells Fargo Advisors. She is a tremendous asset to our team and to our clients as she has experience working in both sides of the business, from operations to customer service. She brings with her a gift for client communication, relationship development, troubleshooting, and impeccable follow-through.

As a key member of the team, she works to establish an atmosphere of trust with our clients and is available to answer any questions about the transfer and management of assets to the Maddelina Wealth Management Group. She regularly communicates with clients about their account transactions, answers client inquiries, and maintains the flow of information between investment planners as well as our clients. Her commitment to our team and to our clients is providing concierge-level customer service, combined with integrity and respect for each client.

Away from the office

Amanda grew up in Jackson, Michigan before attending Northwestern University where she worked for the Daily Northwestern student newspaper and was a member of the Northwestern University Marching Band, as well as the Alpha Phi sorority.  She worked for the Chicago Tribune and the Jackson Citizen Patriot newspapers in a variety of positions before relocating to Spokane, WA with her husband Peter.


She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University and a Master of Business (MBA) from Spring Arbor University.  Fun Facts: She was a member of the Players Workshop at Second City (Improv) and is an avid sports fan. (Go Cubs! Go Lions!)
