Before entering the financial services industry, Noelle worked in theater and Wisconsin state government, experiences that strengthened her communication skills, adaptability, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She joined the team 21 years ago as a temporary employee and quickly discovered how much she valued the company’s people and culture. Among her professional achievements, she is especially proud of receiving the Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Client Associate in 2025*, in recognition of her outstanding service and performance.

In her role at Madison Wealth Management, Noelle focuses on client service, helping to ensure that every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. When Noelle is not working, she is passionate about rescuing dogs, participating in theater, and spending time outdoors hiking. For nearly 17 years, she has volunteered with Fetch Wisconsin Rescue, and she also contributes her time to Remote Area Medical Clinics and the Verona Area Community Theater.
